Was having issues with our heat pump, it was after hours so I sent an email explaining what was happening. Mike, the owner responded right away and let me know he would have Samantha,the office manager call me the next day to schedule a service call. They were able to schedule me promptly and the Technician, Charles that was sent out was able to quickly diagnose, and fix the issue, and had everything back to normal. Thanks to the HTR Mechanical team for such a pleasant experience. We will be future customers and would recommend HTR Mechanical to anyone.

Charles came out to install a thermostat and maintenance for my heat pump maintenance. He was very thorough and made sure I understood my system and how to care for it throughout the year. I highly recommend HTR for all of your heating and cooling needs!

So, I didn't end up using HTR, but not because of anything they did wrong. I do feel like they deserve a shout out for their professionalism when I contacted them to get a quote to install mini splits in my home. I reached out to several companies, and Mike and Samantha were pretty much the only ones who were willing to work around my work schedule to come out to give an estimate. They arrived promptly, and were very efficient, but also thorough, in explaining everything. They were also very responsive when I reached out with additional questions. I really appreciate how they conduct their business, and want to recognize them for that. Will certainly consider them for future services.

Wonderful company. When I had my HVAC installed a few years ago, I went with this company because they were prepared and answered all questions. They come out 2x per year for maintenance and are though, efficient and know what they are doing. They never nickel and dime me. I trust them. I made a great decision a few years back and continue to do so.
