I had a great experience with Darlington. He was very informative and took the time to explain the system/how things work with our boiler heat. I highly recommend their services, and would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family.

I had them come out last summer to work on my AC and used them again a week ago for my heater to be repaired. Best experience using Darlington Heating & Cooling and I would recommend them to anyone! Very knowledgeable and professional when speaking with them when I had questions. Fixed both my issues right away.

Darlington H&C! A complete positive experience for an abundance of reasons.

- punctual
- knowledgeable about the product
- understandable product explanation
- worked extremely neatly with regards to laying out carpet covers and foot covers when entering and exiting the home.
- my home office shared the space where they had to perform the work. They were courteous and quiet enough continuing to work while I conducted my zoom calls.
- the work performed was managed with a level of detail and quality control which exceeds expectations.

The level of professionalism is bar none.. I would highly recommend Darlington Heating & Cooling. 100%.

Thanks again fellas!

Experienced, professional, knowledgeable, and economical. We Highly recommend Darlington Heating and Air! Even when there is a challenge, Ibrahim is persistent and thorough to get you what you need. You will be happy you called Darlington!

Ibrahim is a very professional and diligent mechanic. I've used him on a few projects (renovations and new construction); and he always thinks through all the details and is easy to work with. I trust him and will continue to work with him on future projects. He is communicative and responsive as well.

Installed a lnAprilaire ERV to provide fresh air and filtration for the basement. They were so neat, organized, professional and knowledgeable. There was minimal dust in their work and covered our furnishings as needed. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service. They were responsive, clear with all communications, patient and above all professional. The job was done on time and on budget. I will absolutely use Darlington again and will recommend them to everybody who asks.

Highly recommend this company. We were without air for a couple months due to some personal issues and finally looked into a company to fix our hvac. Darlington was our third quote and ultimately who we chose. They came out Friday for an estimate told us most of what the previous company wanted to do wasn’t necessary and gave us a quote a few hours later. We accepted and the install began the following Tuesday. They arrived on time and it took about 7 hours to complete. They were so clean and professional and showed us what they were doing every step of the way. The end result is nice clean cold air and a revamp of our laundry room because the job was completed correctly from what the previous owners did to the system. Very reasonably priced and honest!

Ibrahim is excellent! The whole process, from first reaching out to having everything fixed took less than 2 weeks. He explained exactly what the issue was and the fix - and I mean truly explained and made sure I understood. He was easy to get in contact with, did great work and I was happy with the cost especially considering the great quality of work. I highly recommend Darlington Heating & Cooling and will absolutely be using them again for future maintenance and issues.
