Maliek was phenomenal. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever dealt with somebody who was so professional and accommodating. He pulled a 12 hour day with no complaints and made sure that everything was completely finished before he left. If you get the opportunity to work with this gentleman, I would highly recommend that you request him.

Maleik has helped us out on two occasions. The first time was a simple job and the second was a major undertaking. He was great both times and I highly recommend him to anyone regardless of the size of your job. He is meticulous, neat, prompt, does exactly what he says he will and explains things in as much detail as you like. On top of all that expertise and competence, he’s also a really nice guy!

Maliek came out to help with an issue with an outlet. While we never actually found the source of the problem the issue was likely the surge protector as the outlet had rectified itself and has been working fine since. We had Maliek install a GFCI in our bathroom instead since he was already here. Pricing was very high. The GFCI since keeps tripping. It’s hooked up to a single toothbrush. We’ve never had issues with it before the install. He blamed the items plugged in and then the outlet being faulty itself. Did not offer to fix. We used another of the same brand from Lowe’s downstairs that works just fine. They told us they would issue a refund for all but the fee to come out, but they have not done so. I wouldn’t call them again, we really benefited nothing for $265. The owners response is also funny, we did do a lot of our own electrical work and yet ironically the only outlet not working is the one this company installed.

Electric Geeks came through for me after a 10 PM emergency. I lost all power in my home, and they had Maliek come out first thing the next morning. He quickly assessed the issue, handled it safely, and got everything back up and running for a fair price. Fast, professional, and genuinely kind, Maliek was awesome. Highly recommend!

The best electrician I ever had. Maleik Crawford came the next day from when I called and put in a new kitchen switch and installed all of my under cabinet kitchen lights. Very reasonably priced and he was very knowledgeable and spent about 5 hours doing everything. Thank you!!!

When it comes to knowledge, work ethic, precision, problem solving, and solutions...the Electric Geeks are the poster child electricians. I just underwent a kitchen renovation that required multiple electrical needs. I looked no further than Maleik & Electric Geeks. Some time ago I used them to wire a new location outlet to the panel for my deep freezer. So I had a great experience with them previously.

During the kitchen remodel we realized our panel didn't have as many expansion slots as we thought. Maleik replaced our panel with a new 30 space panel. From there he ran 3 new dedicated lines from the panel for the refrigerator, island, and microwave. The island & microwave lines were very tricky due to clearance of the drawers. Maleik made it work with creative ideas and solutions to get it done. It was recommended that we have AFCI circuits at the panel for the island, microwave, and Refrigerator. We had never heard of that before, but Maleik explained it in perfect detail. We accepted and couldn't be happier.

Recessed lights, pendants, and multiple 3 way dimmers were installed flawlessly. One of the dimmers were installed on a wall that never had any type of power or switch previously. No problem! Wired it up, looks amazing and CLEAN! Perfectly placed.

The best is the responsive communication and the ability to get the job done right then if need be. They are always accessible and ready to get your electric needs addressed.
