James of Farryn Electric arrived to complete a task Farryn Electric worked on the week before. James spoke in a disrespectful tone to the Customer, was unpleasant upon arrival at the residential home. I do not recommend James of Farryn Electric.

They were able to slot me in for an appointment in just about a week which was greatly appreciated and Gus was friendly, helpful and got all of my electrician issues sorted out in the one visit. I recommend Farryn Electric without hesitation.

Duke energy sent out to look at my circuit breaker . I had two people come out immediately refused to work. The second guy ripped all my breakers out with his hands in a rage. He called Duke Energy and gave them false information about my electrical system. He told them that I have 1 million things plugged into the breaker and he told me he did not want to work.

My lights were flickering/surging in my kitchen but not the rest of my house. A electrician came out last year and told me unfortunately it's probably just the LED light bulbs. A year later my lights start flickering again on that same circuit. After a miscommunication with the call center, the owner personally reached out to me and offered to send an electrician out to take a look a second time. The electrician they sent was patient with all my questions and took time to explain what is likely happening and how it relates to the way my house is wired. The owner clearly cares about customer satisfaction which is rare and appreciated.

Did a wonderful job giving us a clear and fair estimate. Allowed us to pick and choose which parts of the job we could do first. Arrived early. Friendly service. Very happy with the work performed. Thank you!

Farryn Electric done a fantastic job when we remodeled our kitchen .kevin and his guys were always here on time cleaned up at the end of the day and done great work. I will definitely use them again.

Forget trying to make an appointment! We had someone come out and do an estimate and called back to make an appointment for the work to be done. Apparently appointments can only be made through the "dispatch center," which no one at the "call center" can ever get a hold of. I spent 20 minutes yesterday trying to get in touch with the dispatch center to schedule an appointment and no one ever answered. I tried again today and the call center had no idea what was going on, they didn't have any of the information from the times I had tried to call yesterday. At this point we're probably going to go with a different company because this has been so frustrating.

Matt from Farryn Electric is a wizard in diagnostic electrical issues. He took the time and patience with great knowledge and skill to identify multiple issues in every floor of the house as well as inside and outside and he fixed them in one visit. Cannot say enough how fabulous he is

Outstanding service! Reasonable prices! Technicians arrived on-time, quickly replaced a light fixture in my kitchen which is the reason they were at my house, then went above and beyond by diagnosing the problem I was having with an outdoor security light, and even suggested inexpensive options for dealing with that issue. I will definitely use them for any electrical problems I have in the future!

Matt arrived exactly when John said he would. He saw what he needed to get since originally he was just going to install a ceiling fan and light fixture and change a wall receptacle. He left to purchase the light fixture we decided for the kitchen. Immediately upon returning he got to work spreading a cloth and wearing booties, which we were so appreciative of. Matt saw that the junction box was not in good shape, which we surmised when we removed the fan. He checked in the attic (and it was so hot that day) and determined the box was wobbly and it really wasn't safe. He replaced the box, put up the fan and the light fixture and showed us how to operate it. It is beautiful, uses a remote and has a nice sleek look to it. He then proceeded to change the outlets in the bedroom which were not grounded. Upon finishing that he came downstairs and began to remove the light fixture from the kitchen. This fixture was up there about 35 years and I think my husband made sure it would never fall down, move, or otherwise. He anchored it in so well that Matt wound up cutting the screws. He worked continuously and effortlessly and replaced an old fluorescent light fixture with a beautiful new bright LED one. I love the amount of light this gives off. Matt cleaned up and was cordial and professional every step of the way. I recommend them highly. You know they are following all proper electrical codes and regulations.

First off, Matt was early! Polite, considerate, explained everything to me. I had an automatic timer, a switch and an outlet replaced. He completed the job in two hours. No mess, cleaned up after himself and wasn't the least bit bothered with my dog. I wold absolutely recommend this company. Ask for Matt.

Our whole-House standby generator became a major contributor to our family sense of well-being just over a year ago. Power outages have not affected our home safety/comfort since we installed the backup system. That said, getting the period service required by the unit had been much more problematic than I had anticipated. I called Farryn Electric almost immediately upon reading their detailed advertisement regarding maintaining and repairing precisely the size and brand unit that we had installed.
