Jason and his guys have always served me and my gutter , power washing , and installation needs with quick response, and excellent workmanship,. I really appreciate his great relationalternative attitude, and all his good work.I will always call these guys for my needs, and referr them.

Corresponded multiple times to schedule service and every single time there was a different excuse for unannounced inability to keep to plan. Mind you, it would be an non-issue if communication was prompt and spontaneous, unfortunately none from this business. Business owner, Jason, felt his business is small enough to be professionally excused not to be able to keep to all the schedules, but big enough not to know his crew's whereabout and if a job was completed. Claimed service was potentially performed when in fact nothing was done at all. Most notably, owner is proud yet lack of substance, did not take feedback well. Why would a business unapologetically assure that a service is to be completed on a rainy winter day when in fact that would be dangerous for your crew? Worst of all, I have to point that out for you... Again, please learn to communicate when you fall short of your own words, that is basic human courtesy.

I have had several great experiences with the gutter people! Staff is very friendly and professional at all times. Looking forward to my next job with them. Highly recommend them for your next gutter job or matanence. A+++

The Gutter People crew did an excellent job both cleaning the gutters and repairing some hole, but also had very good suggestions on how to improve the gutter run off to prevent erosion on our property. We are going to have them return once a year.

Shady company and very poor quality work.

Had my gutters replaced and downspouts replaced, but one section of the gutter was installed too far from the side of my house, AND it's pitched away from the downspout. So now the water and debris just collect until it overflows and seeps into my basement when it rains. I called several times, emailed and left voicemails, but they are unresponsive. Dozens of attempts later, someone calls me back saying they will send someone out to fix it. It's been almost a month with no remedy - the "warranty" offered on their gutters isn't worth the paper it's printed on.

TLDR: 0/10, would not recommend

Your crew came out to my house at 1031 Stargazers Rd yesterday to clean the gutters and I just wanted to drop you guys a quick note to thank you for a job well done. It looks great! We'll definitely be using you again in the future and recommending you to all our friends.

The Gutter People is by far the best gutter company on the main line. They do great work at a very reasonable price!

Called them and had an estimate that day, and then scheduled for the following week. It was completed with zero problems and even found a few needed roof repairs that they took care within a few days and even showed before and after photos of the repairs. Will definitely hire again and would recommend to anyone.

This was the worst experience I could imagine from a simple service like gutter cleaning. Do not use this service.
1. They had a coupon on Yelp for service, which after I bought, they complained over the phone to me that they weren't aware the coupon was still available. They said they would honor it.
2. Little did I know, they honored it by delaying 4 weeks, after multiple messages, before finally showing up to do the service.
3. The service consisted of blowing debris out of the gutters with a leaf blower. Mess everywhere. minimal effort at cleaning up.
4. Next rain - find out that they missed entire sections of gutter. Water literally flowing over the gutters. There was a PLANT growing in one gutter.
5. Attempted to let them resolve situation - more delays and delays - and complaints to me about Yelp's coupon service.
6. They never showed up to "finish" the job. Went with another contractor who did a fantastic job.

Simple Point: Terrible customer service and terrible service in general. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I had gutters installed along with some wood repairs on my house. The finished work was not of great quality (generally unfinished, nails and debris all over the place, etc) but we settled on a reduced amount and that was OK. In the recent storms, one of the installed downspouts detached due to not being secured to the house - not a huge deal - simple fix due to incomplete work. I received no response to numerous calls, texts or emails. I ended up paying a small amount yo have it fixed myself - again not a huge deal but disappointing experience overall.

I hired the gutter people to help will my gutters draining properly.l asked them to clear my drains, secure the downspouts, cut some downspouts shorter, and add extensions. They cut one downspout so short that the extension won’t stay on. They added and extension they went uphill and didn’t drain at all. They didn’t secure the downspouts. So I emailed them. They came back the next day and secured one downspout. I emailed again and again. They never did come back out to fix the issue, so I had to hire another company. I’m all, I emailed them 25 times which seems like a lot for a few drains. The other company fixed everything the first time.

These guys did great works for my new gutter installation. Very reasonable price compare to other companies around. They did it fast too. Everything was done within 2 weeks from the day i called them. I recommend them to anyone.

I hired the Gutter People to replace the gutters on our house. I was sent someone with roofing experience, no gutter experience, who did not put the proper pitch on the gutters. After spending the money water still sheets from the gutters. Despite numerous demands the Gutter People do not stand behind their work and have not redone the job nor repaired it efficiently. I do not recommend them at all.

The team came out promptly and did great work. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone looking for gutter work.

The Gutter People are an amazing team that do amazing work. They most definitely excel at their profession at a fair cost. I definitely recommend this company.

From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. Jason was extremely responsive and always returned my phone calls immediately. I was able to schedule in advance for a specific time, and the work was done at that time even though there had been days of rain earlier in the week. The workers were polite, hardworking and extremely diligent. Cleanup was meticulous, and we appreciated how they respected our property. My husband and I highly recommend Jason and his crew.

Very responsive and professional. The gentlemen who cleaned the gutters went above and beyond to make sure that the job was complete.
