I had them replace my roof. They do great work at a good price. They work very efficiently (got the job done in one day) and take great care with your property. When they are done, everything is cleaned up and looking great. Chaz Knox, the owner, is great to deal with, and I had complete confidence in his integrity and professionalism.

Wonderful experience. I needed new gutters, soffit and fascia and gutter guards. Was as simple as dialing the phone number for Knox’s Construction. I received return calls quickly, scheduled next day for onsite inspection for quote. Once we agreed on price I was added to the schedule immediately. The entire job was done in two days. Thank you Tom for making everything so easy. I Love the finished job!

Exceptional customer service. Contacted company for emergency roof repair and crew showed up the next day, replaced missing shingle from last high wind storm and applied caulking around the base of my chimney. They took cell phone pictures of damage/repair and showed them to me. All work was done at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them in the future for other planned exterior projects.

Knox Construction did a fantastic job replacing our outdoor shutters. Chaz is an owner that you can trust, and his team does excellent work. Tom, who led the project was such a great guy, including inspecting a couple other house items for me for free, to give me his professional opinion on some roofing and siding issues I was having. Knox's was able to come out two days after I called for a gutter cleaning and leaf guard insulation. They were super fast and professional and showed us some evidence of roof damage. And even though they suggested we'd need a new roof, there was no pressure on using then nor did they try to sell us anything.

I highly recommend, and honestly we'll like go with them when we do replace our roof.

After the tornado, we lost some shingles on our roof. Knox was available with a speedy, accurate and impeccable estimate and repair! The price was super reasonable and the customer service was wonderful. Tom did the repair work and was responsive and so friendly. Chet was also so friendly and warm. They made a stressful situation so much easier to bear. Thank God there are still companies like this!! Would happily call them for any contracting needs!! A+!!

I had both a roof and deck replaced with gutter guards put on at the same time. From start to finish, the experience was fast, professional, and hassle free.
The crew that replaced everything was courteous and very neat. Every day after construction you couldn't tell a crew had been working. All areas were swept and picked up.

Knox Construction recently replaced all of the vinyl siding on my house and their work was excellent! Their advice on styles and colors, without a sales pitch, was exactly what we needed to start. They stayed on schedule throughout the project and their craftsmanship was of the highest quality. They even found and fixed a roof leak for us along the way (no additional charge). The crew was professional and polite all the way through and they cleaned up their worksite every day. I couldn't be happier with their work!

Chaz and his crew at Knox's are great! I called with a very minor repair needed on my house, just to have a vent cover put back in place from a recent storm. I called multiple places and was given outrageous prices and an 18 week lead time. Chaz responded to me within seconds of me reaching out, gave me honest information, and a crew was at my house the following day. I will definitely be keeping Knox's in mind for future projects!

Extremely pleased with new roof by Knox Construction. Chaz is extremely professional - shows up on time and offers absolutely reasonable bids for their work! His crew is extremely professional - they came right on time, did their best to not be disruptive to the neighborhood, and cleaned up everything after they were done (including cigarette butts!).

Also, I can't say how impressive it is they tore down my existing roof (heavy terra cotta tiles!) and replaced it with the new material, including chimney scaffoldings, etc., ALL IN ONE DAY!

Should I ever need a roof replaced again, I'm definitely calling these guys back - and I'll recommend them to everyone who asks!

I researched a handful of local roofers and found Chaz and his Team to be the best fit for us. They run two crews (all full-time guys, no subcontractors). We had “Bud” as the lead project manager and his 5-person crew for 6 1/2 days. Bigger project. They redid everything for us - new shingles, flashing, soffit (white vinyl), fascia (white aluminum wrap), gutters, leaf guards and downspouts.

Even after being shut down for COVID and losing a big chunk of the summer, I never felt like they were rushing the job. Their quality of work aligns with all of the other reviews you see online. All hard workers and most of them have been working with Chaz for numerous years. Started most days at 6:00-6:30am and put in 10-12 hour days. They did a great job cleaning up each day and spent over an hour walking the property on the final day.

I’d feel comfortable referring him to friends or family or utilizing again in the future. See picture for finished product (color = Landmark Pro Max Def Pewter).

I placed a call for a roof inspection and repair at 1:30 pm expecting to make an appointment for later in the week. I was shocked when I received a call at 4:00 pm from Tom saying he could be here within a half hour. By 5:00 pm he had found and repaired the leak and took photos of the roof showing clearly the roof's condition. Nice crew doing a great job. I couldn't be happier that I contacted Knox.

Due to the overall condition of the roof, I decided to replace the roof and contracted for the replacement on a Friday. I was told it could be done in 2 to 4 weeks. The following Tuesday I was told they were already prepared. The job started that Thursday and finished that Saturday despite having rain interruptions. The roof, gutters, and downspouts are beautiful, a great improvement. The clean up was thorough and, to my surprise, they made some repairs to my siding as well. Extremely pleased with the project. Once ag again, I couldn't be happier that I contacted Knox Construction.

New roof looks great! 1 day and everything was done and cleaned up. Casey (GM) easy to talk and work with! His crew just showed and worked. Professional and hard workers! No complaints about them. I will recommend Knox’s Construction for roofing work.
