My furnace stopped working this morning. I called and they had a service tech at my door in a couple of hours. He found the problem and the furnace was back online in less than an hour.

Technician called me back promptly on a Saturday. Was upfront that there would be a higher charge due to the weekend. He finished his work quickly and had us back to being cool. I highly recommend to use again since other companies wouldn’t even call back and I had cool AC in a couple hours after calling.

Had a problem with my AC Friday evening. Called and left a message and Mike called me back in less than 15 minutes. Mike kept in touch with us and came out Sunday due to bad weather on Saturday and got us back up and running. Great customer service and will be calling them to replace my furnace.
