Had a great experience with Knox’s Construction to replace my roof. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and their sales guy, Armand, was super professional and never gave us a hard sell. The crew was fast and efficient, and when they uncovered some underlying damage when removing the old roof, Casey was quick to call and let us know how much the repair would add to our total. Once the job was done, the crew cleaned up quickly and left our place clean and tidy. I will definitely contact this company for future work on my home.

Knox Construction installed a new roof on two of our HOA community buildings. The work crew consisted of local workers who were professional and courteous. The work crew was efficient and worked well together The work started and finished precisely on the schedule provided. The attention to detail included taking time to do the flashing properly around the chimney, and putting sufficient plastic sheeting around the building to catch all of the nails and debris.

The roof looks great. A post-installation review by our maintenance staff found that everything was installed properly and fully with no short-cuts. Our community HOA is highly satisfied with the quality of the new roof, the efficiency of the process and the workmanship of the crew.

Very good experience. Armand gave me a very reasonable price and a detailed proposal, He asked for no money upfront. That was surprising in itself. Casey was the manager who arranged everything else. The crew was prompt, polite and worked diligently to replace my roof; they didn't use a hard sell approach, didn't try to up-sell me and the price quoted was the price I paid. They installed high quality Certainteed shingles and made sure that my property was covered by tarps. Clean-up was excellent. Over-all a very good experience. I recommend highly Knox's Constrution. Five stars! Thanks to Armand, Casey and their crew.

On a scale of cotton candy to Brussels sprouts, Knox's Construction is a perfect loaf of sourdough bread. The ingredients are simple, and the results are magnificent.

My interaction with Knox's Construction started when I found a recommendation for this company on Facebook. I called asking for an estimate. Chaz came out to check out my roof and talk through my questions. Once I signed, I was contacted by Casey who scheduled the dumpster arrival, material delivery, and roofing day. The crew that came out was professional, considerate, and hard-working. I also appreciated Theo who was communicative about the process.

The team also installed a new bathroom vent for the upstairs bathroom so that it is properly vented now.

A big shoutout to the whole team for providing a great experience and being communicative about the process and expectations.

As a home owner for over 24 years and real estate agent, I’ve had my share of contractors do work for me and/or my clients and it can be very stressful because you may not know the quality of work and/or sincerity of the contractor you’re dealing with. I can truly say that I am pleased and so relieved with the job Knox did on our home.

We had some siding blow off from a storm and our neighbor actually recommended Knox because of their quality work compared to other contractors. Chaz, the owner, Tom, the project manager and their entire crew were awesome. The quality of work is unmatched. The crew was on time everyday, very respectful, cleaned up after themselves and the attention to detail blew me away.

They stand by their work and I will be happy to recommend them to neighbors, friends, family and clients.

Knox Construction was great to deal with and I highly recommend them. Chaz, the owner was terrific. He provided the best price with the very first quote. The workers, lead by Billy showed up on time, worked full days and did a very professional job. I am very happy having done business with Knox.

Caleb helped me a great deal, showing how they would replace my gutters and downspouts, and how best to repair and replace some damaged or missing soffit and fascia.

Tom and his crew were great. They only took a day and a half. Their work was top-notch! Cleaned up everywhere perfectly afterwards.

We had our roof replaced, gutters replaced with leaf guards, and new sky lights in December 2025.

Our roof was replaced following a heavy snowfall. We voiced concerns that the snow would make it difficult to appropriately clean the fallen nails and bits of metal that inevitably result from roof replacement and which would pose a safety concern for ourselves and our dogs. We were assured that tarps would be utilized to prevent these from being left behind. I will say that the workers tried to use the tarps, but they did not catch all of the falling nails and bits of metal, many of which we are still finding scattered around our yard, driveways, and back patio. We were told that it is typical for a cleanup process to occur following the project completion in an attempt to collect any residual hazards, unfortunately that could not be performed in our case due to the snow. Exactly what we had voiced concern about in the first place.

We had a second heavy snowfall on New Year’s Eve. The day after, we noticed icicle formation on one of the new gutters and water running down the side of the gutter creating an icy patch on our driveway. At the time, we thought this might mean that the gutter may need inspected. In addition, we found a second gutter running down the side of the house that had begun to pull away due to a loose anchor. So, I obtained pictures of those areas and sent them to the phone number that was on the roofing contract. We had hoped that someone would eventually get back in touch with us so that the gutters could be repaired and inspected. That very same day the owner Chaz did get in touch with us. Unfortunately the interaction was entirely unexpected and unprofessional. Chaz had returned our message with a phone call to scold us for contacting his private phone . When I attempted to explain that I did not realize that this was his private phone number, he continued to scold me for contacting him while he was on vacation. I certainly would want to respect somebody’s privacy and time away, however I will point out once more that this is the number listed on the contract. It does not state that this is his private number and there would be no way, to my knowledge, to have known that I should not be using this number to contact the business.

Overall, the interaction was unfortunate. I would have given this review less then three stars based on this interaction with the owner, but I do not feel that that would be fair to the workers on our project as I found them respectful and hardworking.
