Owner is full of himself, pretty pricey for what it is.

Thay are rip offs....will never spend money there again. This should be your last choice when looking for quality fence work.

Completely unprofessional, inferior products and worse craftsmanship. Our fence has never worked right. Constantly needs fixed. Their lack of follow up is flat out appalling.

These guys do beautiful work. If what you're after is precision and quality, Pittsburgh Fence will definitely get the job done. I'm absolutely loving the new fence!

Still waiting for them to come do an estimate from last monday... No call, nothing... Thankfully Pro Fence & Railing came the same day I called and has won my bid.

No showed without a call for cancellation to a measure appointment. Considering the location was not at our home, this was a huge inconvenience, completely unprofessional, and not representative of anyone that should be doing business.

Bob was not great to work with, he was very rude and unprofessional. The quote he supplied was 2-3 times more than any other company. I dont suggest this company at all. Please spend your hard earned money else wear.

If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. They had our deposit for 8 months and never came to install the fence. We called multiple times and would always get the same response “oh we’ll start next week.” I called 2 weeks ago to tell them I want my deposit back and they claim they mailed a check.. still have not received it. Needless to say I will be paying them a visit to get the deposit back. The lack of professionalism and communication is ridiculous.

Superior quality and exceptional follow through! Kerry kept all his promises and even reminded me to take off a couple hundred dollars from my final payment after he and I decided on a modification. I cannot say enough about how great I was treated and the wonderful service I received. I'll definitely be giving Pittsburgh Fence Co. a call when I decide to install a privacy fence!

I called to get a quote and they surprisingly could come out that day. I was told he would be here at 2, at 2:20 when he still wasn't here, I called the office who told me he was held up and would be another 20 minutes. Forty minutes later her showed up. After we reviewed the area and what we were looking for, he told me I would have a quote later that evening or by tomorrow (Thursday). When I still didn't have a quote Friday, I called and an office person took a message and said they would have it sent out. It's now Saturday afternoon and still nothing. I guess they don't need our business! Would not recommend based on total and complete lack of consideration to even call a potential customer and tell them they will be late....and now, no quote. Totally unprofessional!

I'd rate them lower if possible. Took weeks longer than promised, didn't use appropriate promised treated lumber and hardware, totally unresponsive. Jeff and Kerry seem like nice guys, but can't run a business or keep a promise. Workers left screws and nails everywhere, trash in the yard, and were super unprofessional - talking about their jail times and stuff, not wearing shirts, smoking and throwing the butts in the driveway. The whole fence needed redone once, and the gate twice.

A lot of my gripes could be solved with a phone call or a sit down meeting. I've offered to pay for repair services. But they're cowards, afraid to take responsibility and afraid to return any of my calls.

Whenever I initially contracted them to do this work, they said they took this business over from their father and they have a lot of pride in their work. That made me feel confident in hiring them. Obviously, they really don't feel that way and have no problem lying to any of their customers, no matter the circumstances.

Jeff, Roberto, and their team couldn't have done more for us. Their bid was competitive, their workmanship was superb, and the project timing and completion was 100% of what they promised. We would absolutely recommend this company to friends and family as well as use them again in the future.

The one detail to their install that we found that they had gone above and beyond is that they left the site cleaner than when they found it. This we're sure was appreciated by the landscaping crew that cuts the grass. Just excellent all around.

I wanted to compliment the prompt, professional and courteous service offered to me by Pittsburgh Fence. My fence needed repaired: Candy and Corey were very helpful and kind in getting my issue resolved. I am happy I chose Pgh fence- we all know it is difficult to get good service and help these days!!

Their drivers don't know how to use turn signals; merge into traffic without even looking. Cutting off drivers multiple times on the highway.

Always a great experience dealing with these guys ! Deliveries are always on time and the materials are quality and very affordable!
