I messaged Six Star Heating & Cooling through their website over the weekend, knowing they were closed those few days. They responded back by text by 7:30 am on Monday morning saying they received my message and would be contacting me by phone after 8am, if I did not respond back to their text first. They came out to my house in a timely manner. Made sure I understood the problem and also what the best route would be to repair the issue. The technician never talked down to me. Was very professional and took the time to do what was needed.

Good price...great service...fantastic team. The crew from Six Star installed a new Furnace, AC and Boiler. We are very happy with the results, and with the process. They explained everything happening and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Would definitely recommend them.

STAY AWAY! They made the first appointment seem like it would all be perfect, that quickly faded away. I had to force phone calls, they were to send me a credit app ... which never came, and absolutely no care to follow up to see if I was still interested in working with them ... which I never will! Find another contractor!
UPDATE: I did get a call from AJ today ... he was sympathetic, and concerned about my situation. I went over all the details with him as to why I left the review that I did. He understood my position and offered an apology, which of course was accepted. He stated my experience was unique and he would dig deeper into this and change what was necessary. Bottom line ... it was a very calm conversation and he understood my position. I commend him for being upright. Perhaps one may want to give them a try.
