I messaged Six Star Heating & Cooling through their website over the weekend, knowing they were closed those few days. They responded back by text by 7:30 am on Monday morning saying they received my message and would be contacting me by phone after 8am, if I did not respond back to their text first. They came out to my house in a timely manner. Made sure I understood the problem and also what the best route would be to repair the issue. The technician never talked down to me. Was very professional and took the time to do what was needed.

Good price...great service...fantastic team. The crew from Six Star installed a new Furnace, AC and Boiler. We are very happy with the results, and with the process. They explained everything happening and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Would definitely recommend them.

I had repairs completed to an existing furnace, and now use them for service and routine maintenance on my furnace and air conditioning. They were knowledgeable and honest in their diagnosis, polite, prompt, tidy and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

Today my family experienced a tragic event where our furnace ended up catching fire. We tried several companies which all said they couldn’t come out until Monday or Tuesday of next week. We have dogs, cats and a 17month old son, so going without it heat in these temps was realistic (currently 25 dropping to 19) We gave ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A call with little to no hope of same day turn around. Surprisingly A.J was very empathetic about our situation, adjusted his team’s schedule and came out. Not only did they come out to assess the damage they also replaced and installed a brand new HVAC system the same day. These guys took time away from their family, friends and more to service our home and restore heat for us. Their pricing was more than reasonable and his team stayed late to ensure my family had a warm home to sleep in tonight. If you’re in the greater PGH area and need ANY service give these guys a call I promise you won’t regret it they provided faster response than the big corporate guys.

Shane was fantastic. Fixed everything up so it is working much better now. Then he took the extra time to teach me how to maintain some minor things with my system. Highly recommend!

On Friday, July 3rd, I came home after work to discovered that my AC unit wasn't working. The temperature outside was in the 90's, as it had been all week. It was 5 pm on a holiday weekend, and the thermostat in my home was reading 88 degrees. Therefore, I immediately started to panic! I called Six Star Heating and Cooling, and spoke with AJ. He asked a few questions and told me that he will contact one of his technicians nearby. AJ called me back a few minutes later to assure me that a technician was en route. Shortly afterwards, a gentleman named Nick showed up to address the issue. Nick quickly identified the problem as being a blown capacitor. Nick replaced the capacitor in a matter of minutes. The communication and prompt response that I received from this company was top notch! I work in the service industry, and would certainly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Thanks again AJ and team for making my 4th of July weekend a cool one.

AJ and staff were fantastic. We had an old house with no AC/ductwork, every company told us it couldn’t/wouldn’t be done for less than an exorbitant amount. 6 Star was the only company that said they could/would do it, and was very reasonable! We now have AC and ductwork run throughout our house. They were very neat, clean and respectful of our property. Very transparent and accommodating throughout the large project. They have lifelong customers!

Our furnace stopped working on a very cold and snowy evening. I called Six Star and got right through even though it was late. Everything was taken care of immediately and professionally by wonderful technicians who truly cared about the comfort of my family.

AJ and his team took care of my AC at my house and has also done a great job with many of my clients’ houses as well.
