Mark is very professional. He came to my house to give me an estimate at the same day I talked to him. The price was reasonable. He started the job next day. He did a great job and very knowledgeable. He worked 3 days and got everything done before Christmas. I am very happy with the work that he did for our new house. I will recommend him to anyone who is looking for an electrician. I will hire him later for more work.

Mark is a good dude. I needed outlets put in the same day because I was on a very strict time line with this house and he managed to get them done very promptly. Will definitely be using him again.

We panicked when we moved into our house and suddenly we were blowing fuses and not sure where the shortage was and then of course our dishwasher wasn’t working! We reached out to Mark and thankfully he was at our house the next day to figure it out for us. He was super responsive and receptive listening to our concerns. He got to the route of our voltage and wiring issues and explained what to do/what could be done to improve the way things were wired. No pressure or scamming to have other services like you might find from other electricians. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, honest electrician Mark is definitely the way to go. Mark was a life saver. Lost power to half the house. Came out 8 am. Diagnosed the problem fairly quickly. Called around and found the part in Upper Darby. Came back did the repair and everything works. This young man knows his business. He is polite and professional. Highly recommend and will use him again for sure. He is a 10/10

I highly recommend Mark. He installed a chandelier (a very tricky one), replaced two bathroom fans (including adding an outside vent for one, something the original home builder should have done), installed timers for the bathroom fans, and fixed/replaced several switches. Mark was quick and good about communicating. He was also prompt, neat, professional, and helpful. I definitely plan to call him again for future needs!

Mark came over recently to update/upgrade an outdoor electric receptacle. He provided a free estimate on site and showed up the next day to complete the work. He was prompt, responsive, and professional. I will use him again and highly recommend.

Mark West did a rewire on my 3 story home, I dont know much about electrical work but he was honest and could've overcharged me easily but did not. I Am very satisfied with the outcome, he was respectful of my home and I highly recommend him!!! Went out of his way to help with my ring camera as well! Thanks Mark!

Mark installed whole home surge protection, a new sub panel, generator interlock, and an EV charger for me. He did great work -- showing up promptly to provide an estimate, was able to confirm/schedule an appointment for the work as soon as I accepted the proposal, did a neat install explaining options and letting me make choices, and stayed cleaning up while I tested/configured the new charger.

I've had trouble getting contractors to meet/provide estimates but Mark was willing/fast, his rates were competitive and his work/schedule coordination were excellent. I'd suggest Mark West Electric for anyone looking for a electrician in the area.

Recently had mark install 4 recess lights in my living room along with a new switch over switch for ceiling fan and the recess lights and some outlets on the wall around my couch so I could add end table lighting!!
