Lacks common sense and the ability to see or, is a shill for the home warranty company. I have a leak in my ceiling from the upstairs bathroom. It's not accessible from the access panel for the bathroom and can only be detected once their is water damage to the ceiling. It can only be accessed to be diagnosed and repaired by cutting the ceiling. This company reported to the home warranty company that this leak was detectable upon ordinary visual inspection. It's unequivocally not; home inspection, photos, and common sense all agree. But I appreciate their 'candor' because they've earned this review, ensured I will never give them my business, and tipped me off to canceling the home warranty since the warranty has proven unable to abide by the terms of their own contract.

In addition, the technician had a difficult time wearing his mask properly and it was repeatedly under his nose or pulled down completely.

Eric worked tirelessly to fix my leaking bathtub. He spent hours and went to the store many times to make sure he got it right. He went above and beyond when the other plumber I called first wouldn’t touch it. I really appreciate his hard work. He will be my first call if I ever have another plumbing issue. I highly recommend.

I've had them do a few different things at my place - fixed the chimney, cleaned the heater, fixed a crack in the waist line, and more. The people who have come to my house and done work have always been great. And most of what they have done, has been fine so far. However, in December of 2023 they installed a new kitchen sink faucet because the old one was leaking. May 8th of 2025, about a year and a half after it was put in, it came apart (the top half came unscrewed from the bottom half). I then paid $148 to get it fixed. Now, less than a month after it was fixed, it is coming apart again. I called to see if they could replace the faucet with one that would not break as easily, and they wanted to charge me $400 and something to get a new one. I am going to find someone else to do my plumbing and heating work from now on. I'm not happy paying hundreds of dollars every year or so to get a new faucet.
