Paid $125 to get my furnace fixed he left and it stopped working again and he was suppose to come back the next day at 8:30AM and never showed up or answered my calls.

James came in and did a complete ac and furnace install and did what he said he would do with no extra costs very professional and neat and RELIABLE.

Quick, Affordable, and accommodating. My AC went out over the weekend and they did their best to get it fixed asap. It was fully repaired and functioning Monday morning as soon as they got the necessary part.

In short, I had to pay another hvac person to come out and fix his install. Very poor communication. Got tired of waiting for him to contact me back about my issues so I just paid someone to fix his mistakes. Very bad experience would not recommend to anyone.

I called them early in the morning after a power outage because my A/C did not come back on. They arrived very quickly and were extremely nice & professional. They had me back up and running in about 20 minutes for a very reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend Griffin Services. Needed to have electric ran into my laundry room because I purchased a new electric dryer, of course not realizing that the old one was gas🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️! Called and the owner Jimmy came out the next day and ran the electric that I needed and didn't charge me a fortune!

Moved into a house that sat forever this past August. We called Griffin Services to come troubleshoot, and we would go from there. Not only was service available the very next day for us, it also ended up being a simple problem that we could have easily been mislead into paying way more for than we did. Instead he was honest with us, explaining in detail the exact problem.

Fast forward a few months and now recently we had an issue with our furnace. We also have never had this kind of heating source before, so everything is new and unknown to us. Jimmy was kind enough to, again, get to us within 48 hours of calling. Not only did he explain in great detail the ins and outs to us about our new heat source, he also got our furnace up and running. Jimmy was again, surprisingly honest with us, letting us know that we MAY have a bigger problem but to start with the smaller things first so we can avoid paying out more money if possible.

Absolutely thrilled finally having a new furnace and air conditioning installed in our home. The work done by Jimmy was professional and neat, he cleaned up everything when done. I would definitely hire him again and if I need to have the furnace tuned up/ cleaned he will be my only choice! Very happy finally finding a contractor that does what I want and at the right price!!

I will definitely be using griffin services again! Not only did he do what he said he would he also fixed an old relay switch from a previous furnace that had been removed before I purchased my home and duct work that was hanging down causing massive heat and air loss in my basement. When the job was complete he cleaned up and gave me a quote on my google nest doorbell for a very cheap rate that I gladly accepted. He will be my new go to hvac guy from now on. He is affordable, fair and honest. Hats off to you sir.
