A+ service - used them twice for a backflow installation the prior year (2023) and the annual test (2024).

Backflow installation was quick and simple, got what needed to be done and gave documentation. A bit expensive but the best pricing from the Philly list that was available for certified technicians that I called.

Annual test may or may not be expensive ($200) but I'm fine paying them since they did a good job and was very quick. Lost track of date due and requested next day service to which they obliged. Will definitely be using them again for future services should I need it.

Matt Leach is an amazing person, He helped me and my friends big time and he really saved us. I completely trust his services, and would absolutely recommend him and his work. 13/10 of a person. Thank you for everything, everyone should use his services.

Scheduling was easy and pleasant experience. Shout out to Stephanie! She even called to let me know that the guys would be arriving early. When the guys arrived they went right to it and didn't stop until they found the problem. Mark explained everything and there never was any pressure. He explained what n where and how he would proceed. He also gave us options. We decided to go with getting the pipes to our tub fixed right then and there. The guys went above and beyond in a couple hours... Done! Oh, and did I mention the price was very reasonable. In the past two weeks we had two plumbers come out and each wanted to cut open my kitchen ceiling to get to the tub... Really? I'm so glad I called Mr. Tubs for professionalism, reliability, they are personable, reasonable, have a never give up attitude, not to mention my kitchen ceiling is in tact. You guys are the BEST! Saying bye-bye to those "other" plumbers. For GOOD!!

Mr. Tubs is literally the best. I'm surprised we haven't reviewed them before, because they have been to our house several times about a variety of issues. Large or small jobs, Mr. Tubs does quality work, and all of the service folks who come out to our house are on time, courteous, and efficient. Matt and his team are always our go-to for any plumbing issues.

I have nothing but good things to say about the experience, from start to finish. The appointment was easy to schedule with Stephanie. Matt arrived on time and talked through the project. The estimate was clearly laid out and fairly priced. Joe and Kevin were professional and kind when they did the job (and patient with some extra questions 🙂). We will be using their services again!

Mr Tubs Plumbing (AKA Matt Leach) did an excellent job for us - repairing a broken sewer line, installing a sewer line check valve and installing a basement floor drain. We recently purchased a 100 + year old South Philadelphia row home that requires many repairs and upgrades. We selected Matt for the plumbing because: 1. He was knowledgeable, confident and experienced in what was required for our job. 2. His price was in line with the companies that have good reputations on Angie’s List and Yelp. 3. He didn’t try to “up sale” us on ripping out all basement plumbing. 4. He was the guy who estimated and bid the work and was also the person who would actually do the work. 5. Unlike two of the companies bidding the job, he would get the required permits and do the job by-the-book. 6. He is just a hell of a nice guy, running his family-owned business, doing skilled and difficult work for an honest price. His crew was on time, professional, and his office person could not be nicer to deal with.
Additional info: Matt also went above and beyond in two ways. 1. On the day of the job, I asked him to add a floor drain to the project. This seemed like a simple request from a home-owners perspective but given the limited space in the work area, it was a really difficult fit. But he pulled it off. 2. I ask Matt to leave the floor concrete open so I could make some adjustments to some other utilities that are also installed in this tight corner of the basement floor. While working on it I noted a void under/outside of the old field stone wall of the row home. I contacted Matt for advice and a day later he had one of his men back to pack the area with stone. He really didn’t need to do this because, given the age of the home, the void could have been there for years. Matt just handled it. This is why, going forward, Mr. Tubbs will always be our Philly plumber. Final note: Matt also teaches plumbing in the evenings, so he really knows his trade.

Richie and Justin did a great job dignosing the plumbing issues in my new home and offering various options for me to consider. They did fantastic work on the repairs and made time to follow up to ensure everything was working properly.

Used Reliable Plumbing a couple of times when getting my kitchen updated. Everything from scheduling an appointment to the finished product was top notch!…….Rich and Terrance were the plumbers who did the work at my house. Not only are they very professional and do great work, they are also very nice guys who take immense pride in their work.

Both of my bathroom and kitchen sink faucets were old and leaking water. Reliable Plumbing responded promptly. Rich did an excellent job in fixing and replacing both faucets. Rich takes pride in his work and the costs were reasonable.

Our home had a few plumbing issues, that could have eventually led to much larger issues. Terence and Rich were sent out from Reliable plumbing and they went above and beyond to fix each issue. The price point was very good and the quality of work was even better. They even did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards. I would recommend these two individuals and Reliable plumbing in an instant.

Was getting a new toilet and it was recommended that we get the drain cleaned while the toilet was out. I certainly was not expecting same day service. However, literally, within 20 minutes of my call to Reliable Rich and Joe were at my door. Talk about speedy responses! These 2 gentlemen were friendly, courteous and extremely professional! They stated that they personally did not clean drains but they would contact their co-worker and ask for ASAP service. Sure enough, David from Reliable called me within, once again literally, 15 minutes. He stated he would be over shortly. He quoted me a very reasonable price and we are extremely pleased with the quality of work and their helpfulness. We are so impressed with this company and their technicians. We give them the highest of recommendations.

I recently came back from an overseas deployment and I had a host of plumbing problems. My shower was leaking into the garage and messing up the drywall, multiple faucets were leaking with no end in sight and I had just gotten a new dishwasher that wasn't working. On top of that, the toilet was leaking all over the place. I came across Reliable Plumbing strictly by accident, having seen their truck in the neighborhood. I gave them a call and I am VERY GLAD that I did.

Over multiple trips Reliable Plumbing came out and handled everything in a speedy and professional manner and to my complete satisfaction. And all at very reasonable price, especially give the circumstances. I want to give a special shout out to Moe and AJ Who took care of my shower and my toilet. They came in, got straight to work, were very professional, kept me informed at all stages of the process, answered all of my question and made sure to clean up after finishing the job. Rich and Justin did a great job for us. Came right on time and were supper friendly. Quickly fixed our broken kitchen faucet without breaking our piggy bank. We will definitely use them again.

Reliable is now our forever plumbers. We moved into our new home and within hours our heat starting having issues which made water start pouring into our basement. It was truly a homeowner’s worst nightmare. It also happened to be the day of the eagles nfc game. We assumed we would have no luck getting anyone out there. Keith showed up within an hour. He proceeded to fix everything we needed but it took hours. He missed the entire eagles game! He told us he didn’t want us or anyone to go without heat in the winter. I will truly never forget it. We will never go with another company. We have since had them come out for other issues and they are professional and timely.

Justin and Rich did a great job. Arrived promptly, communicated clearly, left everything clean and were very nice. The office also responded promptly to my call. Happy I found this plumber!
