Top notch experience. Arrived on time for the initial estimate and provided it via email as I requested with pictures taken from the roof of the problem. I was able to schedule the work pretty much immediately when I decided to proceed. Completed the job and provided pictures of the finished work.

This roofing team is totally professional. Meticulous in detail workmanship and didn't overcharge. Super good price for the

Chris and his crew came in and did a couple of roofs for my company and they completely exceeded my expectations. They were very professional and efficient, will definitely continue to use them in the future.

Chris and his team did a fantastic job taking down our chimney. They were not only on time and efficient but took the time to make sure they seeded the yard where they scaffolding and trucks damaged the grass. Highly recommend for any chimney needs.

This company succeeding in fixing a repair where others had failed. Using proper roofing repair techniques (for example, saw-cut terminations), an age old issue was finally and properly address. They responding to my initial call in a timely manner. Weather was a challenge, but I was kept informed throughout the process whenever there was a possible delay. When the weather broke, the repair teams arrived exactly when I was told, and the project was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely use this company for some other projects around the house!

So thankful for the owner Chris and his men.... My new roof and siding look amazing and Chris even gave us a discount! His crew was neat, polite, well mannered and cleaned up the job site from top to bottom! ArmourSeal has the roofing industry on notice..... I will be spreading word of mouth how satisfied we are!

Renovations, even the smallest, are always a little disruptive. Not so with this company. The quote was the most competitive. The workers were capable, honest and, above all, courteous and polite. P.S. I do not buy the one-star reviews. The first guy sounds weird. Prior to departing, the workers performed a thorough walk-through with me so the tar on a rug seems far fetched based on my experience. Thank you. Yours kindly, Paul.

Chris was GREAT to deal with. Easy going. Informative. Honest. Punctual. The list goes on. I would use this company for any job I have from his point on. He's worth every penny!

I had someone out for an estimate within hours of the first call (in the snow!) and a new roof installed 36 hours later. On a Sunday at that! Follow through is a virtue with these guys! Already booked them for another job with my gutters.

Contacted Armourseal on short notice for a flat roof repair. Within 2 days of contact, the owner came out, reviewed my issue and gave me multiple options for replace vs repair. Job was completed within one day of consult.

I will use them again and would recommend this companyfor my roofing needs.

I had an issue with my gutters at my home. They were not secured to my house, and leaking in many spots. Chris came up with a great solution and executed on it. Chris and his team have been my roofers for that past 3 years. I renovate a lot of houses, as a GC, and need reliable, dependable, timely and honest subs. Chris has proven time and time again to be all of the above, hence the reason Armour Seal is the only call I make, when new roofs or repairs are needed. He always answers his phone and sets realistic timeframes and sticks to the schedule. if i could give more stars, I would.

My Experience in Getting my New Roof and New Shingles today was 5 star everything!!!!! CALLED Armourseal for Quote, Chris answered ,Very professional, got appt for a estimate Date and time for my Roof ,Chris showed up 15 minutes early, After estimate had Questions ,Chris responded to all text and picked up my calls everytime, professional with communication, Definitely respect and appreciate that ,Choose Armourseal to install My new Roof definitely RIGHT decision!!! CHRIS TEAM SHOWED UP 8AM READY To Work and showed nothing but Professionalism , I could see and hear teamwork amongst them ,Chris team did a excellent job on my roof !!!!! Very dedicated and caring Owner Chris responded to my contact form immediately, same day! I had a myriad of roof issues. He saw things to fix we didn't even think of and added little fixes included in price of main job. His guys shown up on time and went above and beyond. In peak of roofing season, this is only company that responded and came out immediately. Lot of other places won't come out to West Philly. Did porch roof, back roof and main roof, capped and cemented 3 chimneys. Also fix down spouts. If any issues, Chris will respond quickly and guarantees work for 10 years.

Was experiencing an emergency, no heat due to damaged chimney liner. Called Armour Seal and Chris answered the phone; a plus in my book after getting voicemail after voicemail. Chris was genuinely concerned that we had no heat and was determined to remedy the situation. Despite being out of town and very busy, he called one of his workers Ed, who immediately came out he and another gentleman and worked tirelessly to complete the job. Chris gave me an affordable price verbally and stood by it when it was time to pay. Others would have made up an excuse to get more money.
Armour Seal was a Godsend, I will definitely refer them to my friends and family and will use their services again.

Armour seal did an incredible job on my roof, I was more than pleased with the outcome. Chris and his crew were polite, proffesional, and very knowledgable. The copper flashing came out amazing and They made sure that not a nail was left on my property when they left. I highly recommend their services to anyone.

Chris and his crew did an excellent job repairing my house that was damaged by a tree. His guys are professional and responsive, and he sticks to the timeline and cost expectations. Will definitely use Armourseal again the next time I need a roofer.
