Chris and his crew have tackled several projects for me at work and home, from a tricky invasive tree removal with masonry repair and sidewalk installation to complete roof replacements at work and home. They are about to start their third roof replacement at my new home. Chris has accommodated special requests to save original materials for reuse on site and is incredibly attentive to detail, like me. I have and would recommend his team.

Chris and his staff were a pleasure to work with. The workers were always professional, courteous and always arrived on time. Their work was done carefully with precision. We had leaks due to cracks in the roof deck. Chris was very diligent in assessing the problems. They re-coated, sealed and repainted the entire roof deck and well as the steps and side walls leading to the roof deck.

Armour Seal Roofing & Contracting is literally the best contractor I have worked with. Chris and his skilled team did an entire roof on my house and rebuilt a bay window. The prices are fair, the work is excellent, and the team was thorough. Highly recommended.

I had a roofing emergency due to tree falling. I called Chris, he responded within 1 hour and had a crew removing the branches, tarp the roof and clean up the debris within 2 hours. Nice, respectful employees, reasonable price, could not have asked for better customer service.!

Chris and his team did a great job restoring my fiberglass roof deck in Philadelphia. From initial inspection to work completion took less than a month at competitive cost. Additionally, Chris communicated clearly with me and my neighbor, showing us unexpected problems and explaining what could be done to resolve them.

We had Chris and his team out to replace a leaky flat roof that had been previously "fixed" by another roofer. We also needed new gutters installed on the house and garage. We had called multiple companies who were too busy to give us estimates or even return our call for the roof, but Chris came out immediately and offered to do the work within the week. Upon removal of the old roof, it was discovered that our joists and entire exterior back wall of our home were completely rotted out from long term water damage, not something anyone was expecting. Thankfully, these guys were able to not only replace the roof and gutters as planned, but also restore and restructure the entirety of the exterior wall framing, including reapplying our old fiberboard siding. A 1-2 day job became a 4-day job. They worked sun up to sun down to get the extra work done, were polite, and cleaned up the site afterwards. They do general construction, so whereas another roofing company would have left us to deal with the major exterior wall issue on our own, this company was able to address the multitude of issues that were revealed, and quickly. Even though the job ended up being way more expensive than we originally planned (because of these unforseen issues), Chris worked with us to offer pricing that was fair and affordable. Would absolutely hire again!

Chris and team did an outstanding job on my roof. We had a full tear down and their workmanship was 1st class. He also reviewed their work and make additional adjustments to improve the drainage at no cost. I wasn't even aware of the issue until he pointed it out. His team took care of everything.

Chris and crew were exceptional as well as prompt and professional. I had 2 other roofing contractors that could not figure out where the leak was coming from,Mr.Maher and his crew were here less than a half-hour before the problem
was diagnosed. Than fixed within the hour.100% satisfied with his professionalism, knowledge, and common courtesy.

Armour Seal Roofing & Contracting Co. has worked on my home twice so far. The back roof on my home was leaking into the back bedroom, now no more leaks. They also did my upper garage exterior front and right side which had rotting wood and bricks falling down. They replaced the old rotten wood and did the brickwork as well. They were even so nice as to add cobalt blue soffit under the eaves of the garage to match the cobalt blue trim on the windows of my home, which Chris, the owner volunteered to install, I did not ask for it. I am very pleased with the results, matches my windows perfectly! The price was very reasonable and the finished work was very professional. The crew was very friendly and accommodating. They cleaned up after finishing all the projects as well. I would recommend them to anyone. In fact I am using them again very soon for other projects that I need done on my home. I found them online.

These guys were awesome! Our roof started leaking and dripping water right onto our bed during a really bad rainstorm. I received estimates from a couple of other roofers and these guys had the fairest price and was able to get the work done the quickest. They had my roof patched up within the week!

Chris and his crew, have surpassed my expectations. I called with a time sensitive job and had immediate response. His price was reasonable and they showed up to do the job as promised. Work is being done and the quality is great. Thank you Chris and crew.

They did a great job on a siding repair job on my house. (Wind damaged..) they are very knowledgeable and were able to do an awesome job for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be using them in the future. You can tell they are passionate about their work. Great communication and easy to work with. Thanks!

I first learned of Amrourseal through my neighbor who had his roof replaced by Chris and his team. They did a great job and my neighbor was very pleased.

I called Chris after a very bad storm had ripped off a bunch of my shingles. The next morning, he and his team were out to inspect the roof and tarp it. It was apparent the roof was in poor shape needed to be replaced. His team worked extremely fast and within a few days I had a new roof.

Chris and his team ripped out our old roof, installed a new one, and repainted some metal roofing that was already there. They also restucco-ed a chimney. From the very beginning (getting an estimate), communication was excellent. Chris was very easy to reach with any questions. He also was very accommodating. During the job, he and his team were professional and courteous - they even offered to help take in groceries! Also, the roof looks fantastic! We found Chris because of his great reviews and now I see why they're so positive. He is a very nice, very amiable guy who cares about the work he does and the people around him. I don't expect any problems to appear from his work but if it does, I'm confident he will come and make it right. I'm really glad we found Chris and we will call him first for an estimate for any work we need in the future.

We had a loose gutter below the roof. I called Chris at 4 AM, and he answered the phone. He was ready to be there at 7.30 AM to evaluate the problem. We reviewed the issue, and he gave us options. The price was very reasonable. His men were there right on time, were mindful of the property while doing their work, and completed the job satisfactorily. We had a concern about a related issue. Chris's men came back over and fixed the problem for free. We are delighted by their work and will consider Armourseal for future roofing and masonry-related issues, and recommend to others.

I needed a new garage roof in anticipation of putting my house on the market. I called Chris who stopped by immediately, gave me an excellent price and scheduled me right away. His crew is courteous and most important did a great job on the roof and left everything cleaner than they found it. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Called Chris to get estimate and professional opinion on roof repair/replacement for our small strip center. He quickly stopped and reported back what would be the best option for us at this moment in time. We ended up pulling the trigger and roof work was scheduled. They worked with our current tenants (10 stores) and performed the work without interruption or complaint from businesses. Chris was in constant contact and sent pictures regularly with updated work. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for professional fair roof repair/installation.

Chris is very responsive—either picks up phone or calls back within short time frame. Accessible through text as well. Super courteous and clean as they go. Owner and workers know what they are doing and are very polite. Highly recommended. Had flat roof layers completely removed with new put down. Also installed the best looking roof deck on the block! Very happy I called.

Chris and his guys do excellent work. I called chris and told him about a few leaks I had coming from my roof and some siding damage that I had. He came out quickly for a estimate, gave me a fair price I gave him the job and him and his crew got the job done in a timely fashion while keeping the job clean and treating my home like it was there own. Everything looks great and not a single problem I’m very pleased with this company and the work they do. Highly recommended!!!!!!

I've gone with Armourseal twice now for roof replacement. Chris answered the phone at 1am when I had an active roof leak at my rental property, and promptly came out first thing in the morning and did an emergency roof install within days to beat the next storm. I liked them so much I called them when my mom's roof was leaking, and they just completed the job today. Chris is responsive, helpful, and honest. He made sure I knew everything that was going on and sent me pictures throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.
