Sam helped me with a small job in the past and I reached out again after we had to redo our kitchen ceiling. Sam replaced the drywall, painted and installed new light fixtures. He was friendly, hard working, easy to work with, communicative and did a great job on the finish. He also took care not to create dust and cleaned up after the job. Sam is a true gem and we would recommend him to anyone in need of reliable renovation work.
