Dave power washed my stucco house last year and power washed my moldy patio a couple weeks ago. Did an excellent job both times. Very reasonable and friendly. Don’t understand the 1 star rating!

10 days ago, I arranged for David to clean our gutters next week in preparation for our house to be painted and to power wash a fence in May for a graduation party. I was told we were in the calendar and received verbal quotes for both. I called today to ask when he was going to be coming. He told me he is no longer interested in doing gutters and that he was not coming out just to power wash a fence. Very disappointed. At the very least, professionalism would have dictated either an honest answer while on site or a return phone call with enough time to find another contractor.
