Reviews of local pros in Cheswick, Pennsylvania

Having a certified backyard habitat from Audubon, I was very cautious about who would do plantings and other assorted work. Gary patiently worked with me on selection and location of the native plants and shrubs. The existing plantings were not compromised and the “newcomers” to the yard are planted properly. I highly recommend Mancuso Landscaping.

Mancuso Landscaping was the only landscaping company that was willing to work with us on our budget. They came out for a estimate and gave me great ideas for my backyard. The crew that came it was very friendly and did an excellent job on my yard. I highly recommend Mancuso for any yard work you're planning on getting done.

I had this company and two others come out to give me a proposal for a new driveway and front walkway. Gary seemed to be the most knowledgeable regarding the project that we were planning. Although he was not the lowest price, I decided to go with him. The crew that came out were very professional and showed up everyday on time. The project was finished on schedule and we love the end result. Fair price and good value.

I just wanted to say thank you to the Mancuso team! These last couple snow covered days have been treacherous and your team came into my townhouse complex and did an awesome job! The team is thorough and professional always paying attention to detail! They even go the extra mile cleaning my handicap ramp and landing area! It is much appreciated! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Excellent!!

Ridiculously ignorant crew. Do not support Costa and his crew.

I work with these guy's pretty often, great bunch of workers!!! They always get things done in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this company for sure

This business is working on the townhomes at Chapel Harbor. They park in areas where there are no parking signs and it creates a hazard for drivers who use the businesses. Absolutely jerks.

Sam helped me with a small job in the past and I reached out again after we had to redo our kitchen ceiling. Sam replaced the drywall, painted and installed new light fixtures. He was friendly, hard working, easy to work with, communicative and did a great job on the finish. He also took care not to create dust and cleaned up after the job. Sam is a true gem and we would recommend him to anyone in need of reliable renovation work.

I recently hired Sam I Am Handyman Services for a bathroom remodel, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

Sam was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through every step of the project. He offered helpful suggestions without being pushy, and it was clear he genuinely cared about the quality of his work. Communication was excellent throughout—he kept me updated on progress, timelines, and any adjustments along the way.

The craftsmanship was top-notch. Every detail, from the tile work to the fixtures and finishing touches, was done with precision and care. The final result completely transformed my bathroom into a space that feels modern, clean, and high-end.

What really stood out was Sam’s reliability and work ethic. He showed up when he said he would, stayed on schedule, and kept the workspace clean and organized each day.

If you’re looking for someone who is skilled, trustworthy, and takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Sam I Am Handyman Services. I will definitely be using them again for future projects.

The drywall along w plumbing work in my house was a challenge but Sam really pulled through and did a great job.. Always reliable, honest, trustworthy and a great all around handyman.

Sam has done a number of projects for me and is always excellent. His pricing is incredibly competitive and reasonable and the quality of work is fantastic. Above all that he's just a fun and cheerful person which makes the process even more enjoyable. I would recommend him to absolutely everybody.

Sam did a great job for the two jobs I have hired him for. He always offers fair prices for great work.

Plumbing in the bathroom is fixed.

Sam is so professional and communicative.

Very professional and great clean work!

Did exactly what he said he would do, was easy to communicate with, and took payment only after the projects were done.

Very organized and on time service. He explains everything. Sam can do everything.
Best handyman out there.

Sam was great! Communicated a lot before & during the job to make sure we were on the same page. Very professional & affordable.

My custom computer keyboard drawer, built over 20 years ago was starting to fall apart. Sam figured out what parts were needed and was able to get it back to working like new.

Beyond his fast and quality services, he is very pleasant and professional to work with. Will definitely hire again!! Thank you Sam!!
