I had a waterline break outside our house during the winter. I called three different plumbers and Real Plumbers was the only one that responded. They came for the inspection the next day and started digging in the freezing temperatures and mud. They replaced the line and were very thorough testing the connections. I was impressed with their professionalism and demeanor under those working conditions. I highly recommend them and would gladly hire them again in the future.

I can see from using Bob at Real Plumbers to fix a check valve problem I was having why he has a 5 star review. He lived up to what all the reviews said about him: professional, knowledgeable, efficient, timely, affordable, with great communication skills. He met and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs you have.

If I could leave 6 stars I would. If responsiveness, honesty, value, and attentiveness are values you’d like in a service professional then look no further. Allen and Kannon were excellent. Identified the issue on a Friday afternoon, and then came back Saturday and worked well into the evening to finish the repair of our main kitchen sink drain and water lines. If you are local, these guys ARE the choice for professional plumbers. They did a main home valve a few years ago and that was a breeze with them too. Thanks Real Plumbers!!!

They came out and did a full re-pipe on an old 1930’s house for us. Bob and his guys are awesome. Very professional and respectful. Price was very fair given the challenging scope of work on an older home.

We had an emergency because another company jerked us around. He responded quickly, arrived when he said he would, gave us a reasonable price and got the work done in 2hrs. He cleaned up and was very respectful. We will be using him to install a pressure regulator and have him look at our garbage disposal. We highly recommend him!!!

They handled a very complex plumbing issue in our home and cost much less than others quoted. They are friendly, thorough and went above and beyond fixing issues that were found after the project had started. Great communication and explained everything in detail. And they guarantee their work! Would highly recommend!

After several gallons of Liquid Plumber, buying a drain snake, and plunging the heck out of my sink, I decided i needed a professional to come have a look. I called Bob from Real Plumbers this morning and expected him to say that it would be a few days before they could come out and look at it but, he told me that they would come out this afternoon. Great!! Allen showed up on time, fixed my issue with no problems and was done quicker than I thought it would have taken. He ran the water for several minutes and the drain was working how a drain should work. I hope I never need to call a plumber again but, if I do, ill call Real Plumbers 100% of the time.

I called Real Plumbers on a Friday afternoon to replace a faulty bathroom faucet. Allen showed up within the hour as promised he was polite knowledgeable honest and lighthearted. He was very persistent with the challenges and finished the job with excellence. I’m a satisfied customer. I highly recommend them. They are exactly what the advertised they are Real Plumbers.

I have to say the first visit from Alan seemed to go great. He replaced the faucet and put shut off valves in our upstairs bathroom shower. He had to cut open the wall to do it which was absolutely fine since it was necessary. Unfortunately, we had some regulation problems with the shower that we had not had before and since the new faucet. Alan came back out after we reported the new problem. Alan did not seem to either accept what I was explaining to him or he didn’t know what to do about the problem. He never even checked the bathroom upstairs. He went straight to the basement. He decided he needed to fix a pressure valve on the water meter in the basement. Another $650.00 later the problem remained. This repair may not have been necessary even though he believes this was my problem. So we texted back complaining of the same issue. Another person came out and knew within 5-10 minutes that it was a ring or something in the facet that was put in the tub not allowing the temperature to regulate appropriately. Boom, problem solved. I’ll not know if the second procedure was a guess and a waste.
We needed a plummer again yesterday and for some reason my husband called the same company. I will not go into this experience but we will never call this company again.
This was my experience. Most situations are straight forward and obvious. Mine were not which meant our experience and service were poor and frustrating. Before we decided we would not use this company agin, I told my husband ti never make me deal with them alone again.

Alan and Justin were very professional replacing gas line to new dryer had job done quickly. Would highly recommend there services to everyone. Third time had them here for different jobs and each time was satisfied and there prices are reasonable.

These guys are great. Bob is really nice. Their prices are fair. We’ve had a few things done with them and everything was done well with no problems. I would highly recommend them and I have. If you need any plumbing done call Bob.

I had an emergency with my electric hot water heater leaking all over my basement. Allen came right over on a Friday night to help me get the water turned off and the electric turned off so there was no more immediate hazard. He will be back in two days to complete the job with a new water tank at a reasonable price. Very grateful for the fast service and help. Definitely recommended!

We moved into an old house and inherited some bizarre and old school plumbing problems. A guy named Darren came out and was extremely knowledgeable and such a nice a funny guy. He was able to fix everything efficiently and quickly. And for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

The owner, Bob was so professional, nice, and honest. His prices are very reasonable. I really recommend him to anyone who needs plumber work. He responded to me very quickly and came out the same day to assess the issue and fit us in his busy schedule to come back and fix the problem. He worked on our pipes literally all day. He is very hardworking and makes sure the issues were fixed and thought about how to make it easier for next time to get to the pipes. I really really recommend his services!

Alan was a wonderful service man. He came out and tried to fix the problem with the toilet. But it would not work. He asked if I wanted him to replace it and he quoted a price. Few hours later the job was done and he even removed the old one. If you want work done fast and with great service be sure to call them.

Alan and Bob did a fantastic job replacing our home’s existing supply lines with all new PEX. The price was competitive, the work was completed ahead of schedule, and was done with minimal disruption and wall cuts. Highly recommend!

Alan and Bob did a great job working with us! We had a clog we needed dealt with and discovered we had an old poorly rigged plumbing job. They were able to quickly unclog the pipe and gave us a very reasonable quote to repipe the whole thing. Highly recommend! They’re great!
