House Cleaning reviews in Collegeville, Pennsylvania

Maids were nice and tried but the quality was not to the level expected with the pricing. But the sticking point to this was that their manager doesn't take well to criticisms. I would avoid using them if possible.

Great company and they listen to my needs very good price for everything that was done and completed!! Made my move our process, extremely simple and everything was perfectly cleaned .

Liz always arrives with a cheerful attitude. She always does a wonderful job job and efficient job like cleaning my home.

I called and setup an appointment to get an estimate. Not only did the guy show up late I never got an email with the quote. I emailed him maybe he had a lot to do in the last week and a half and still nothing. I will find a different company with better service.

Worst Service Ever!!!!!!They would never clean, They were way over priced, I complained to the DM, assured me she would send a team out the next day. Never should up or called but charged me $114.00
I tried to cancel thee contract several times. They just kept apologizing. I finally did cancel. they never gave me the money back for not cleaning.

Don't use this service. i found another service for half the price and cleans AMAZING!!!

Professional, efficient, and thorough. Great service. Too bad they can not give you an estimated time of arrival the day before.

BEWARE! This is not a good cleaning service. POSITIVES: They have very professional customer service and they will have a cleaner to your home consistently if you sign a contract with them.

NEGATIVES: They do not organize, they don't dust television screens, they don't do dishes! They charge extra ($85) per hour to have someone organize.

CANCELLATION: After several special requests to have them provide more quality cleaning, I returned home from vacation not only to find no dusting and organization but the floors were not vacuumed. I was charged $392 for cancelling.

Look into other options. There are too many cleaning services out there to deal with the limitations they have and all of the extra charges they bill you for.

Ashley has been working with me for some time now and I’ve been extremely pleased with her attention to detail and work ethic!

Have used them years ago at old address. Very good results. This time they were over priced, quick and did not do a good job. I called and complained said I did not understand what rooms were covered added the extra rooms. Still not a very good job, would be in and out of my house in less than 1.5 hours. And skipped entire rooms. Had to put the service on hold do to my kids having school from home in the middle of my contract and instead of putting everything on hold as I was told they upcharged me 389.02 with out any warning or communication. Even well before my contract would have been over. I called them and they promised me a call back the same day. I’m still waiting....

Team is always friendly, thoughtful and professional. Our cleaner, Donna, always does a GREAT job!

I spoke with Sue today and she’s very rude. I asked if I could move my date? She kept saying you’re going to loose your refund. I never asked for money back. I needed more time just to make sure the ladies weren’t stepping over things and could clean better…I really wish someone else would’ve took my call. I was very excited to have someone come clean …now I have to find someone else 😞

I am very satisfied with everything Ashley has done for us. We want to keep her , since we are pleased with her work!!!

I cannot recommend Merry Maids of Collegeville too highly. Liz was/is my cleaner and she is fabulous. My apartment sparkles!
