Justin arrived on time, diagnosed the problem within minutes, and sent me in the direction of ordering a small part on line that I could replace myself. This is the second time I’ve had Justin come out for appliances in my home. He’s a wealth of knowledge, and he even shared some maintenance suggestions for an unrelated kitchen appliance. I am very happy with the service and will call him whenever my appliances need repair!

We had a back and forth, he asked all the right questions, and we were able to resolve things without the need for a service call (or a service charge!).
