Most horrible and unreliable parts department I have ever dealt with. Parts manager couldn't care less whether I get my parts or not. Several times I've waited nearly 6 months for parts. He won't answer emails.... makes promises and then never follows through, just terrible service from the parts division. Will definitely be buying Daikin Parts elsewhere moving forward.

The service tech worked through one of the coldest days of the year outside to repair our condensing unit that serves a student dorm in order to regain heat for those student rooms. That showed dedication and commitment to his job.

Throughout our facilities we have several Daikin VRV systems and when they encounter issues the factory trained service specialists like Greg and Anthony are always attentive in answering questions and/or making repairs. We feel fortunate to have a great working relationship with this vendor.

I've been working with TriState for over a year. They are great to work with, and their techs are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Daikin units. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is using Daikin products. They can troubleshoot, quote and repair faster than I've see any other company in the past and when it comes to warranty work, they handle all the legwork on checking what is covered and what expenses need to be handled by the customer. Mary Jo Reese and AJ Everetts have been great to work with and we have relied on them for many years. MJ is always quick to respond to our needs and AJ is a technician who we trust and has a vast level of knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment from a variety of manufacturers.

Great experience. Greg Laur was very knowledgeable. He knew our equipment. Even though it's a little dated 2012, he still had the knowledge to help us through our troublesome units. Fresh air is hard to achieve in extreme low O/A and he helped us tremendously.. Thank you for your services.
