Worked with Zach on scheduling, they were flexible and did their best to accommodate my schedule. Jake was the individual that did the work and did a really great job and was very knowledgeable and personable. The pricing was competitive as well and has no issues on that front. Would definitely recommend and do repeat business with.

Had a great day with Jake, who installed an electric fireplace and a doorbell in our house. He even went to Home Depot to get a doorbell I picked out. He was cheerful and nice, and cleaned up the mess from drilling holes very well!

This is my second project with Parme Electric and they did a great job both times. No issues with any of the installed electric parts. Highly recommend!

It's kinda silly how great these guys were to work with. I called for an emergency and they had availability and were able to help out in a matter of hours. At first contact it was immediately apparent how knowledgeable the staff were across the board. The crew that came out were total pros and answered every question I could come up with. When there was a problem with DLC handling my documents, they went out of their way to help make it right and kept in close contact until they knew my power was back. Full marks, no notes.

I have called Parme a few times even if they don't answer the phone right away they are to quick to call you back. I've had Natalie come out multiple times and is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure the work is done correctly. I had a level 2 charger installed with them and work was done quickly and with pride. Would recommend.

Best electrician local to Coraopolis & Moon. Natalie and Dylan came through and performed exactly what needed to be done in the time frame they estimated and at a reasonable price. After performance, had 1 issue that wasn't fully resolved (non-emergency), which was truly outside the original scope of work anyway, and Zack Parme called me personally late on a Friday to discuss the issue anyway. Without getting into the details he was very honest and upfront on the remaining work and I was squared away by that following Monday. I would give 6 stars if I could and will be calling them back for future needs.

We can’t say enough about how professional and personal the crew at Parme Electric is. Zack and his entire crew take the time to answer any question, make recommendations and do what needs to be done. From talking with Vanessa to schedule and talking with any of his crew Zack and his team did professional, quality, clean work. We are lucky to have an asset like Parme in our community.

Parme Electric is amazing. When we were looking for a company to do some work around our house, we selected Parme because Zack took the time to look at the projects before doing any work. Once we had an estimate, scheduling was easy and the pricing was reasonable. Natalie and Mike were super friendly and thorough. They communicated with me throughout the entire process because they had to fix a lot of things that were done wrong by previous electricians. We are very grateful for all of their hard work. We have not had the best luck with people doing work on our home in the past but based on the level of professionalism I experienced working with Natalie, Mike and Zack, I'm certain we were in good hands this time. We will call Parme again if we need something in the future. If you need work done properly and at a reasonable price, call Parme!

I had some concerns about the electric in the home I just bought. Parme came out and made me feel better about things in general. They addressed my concerns, talked to me about all the things I’d like to do and the basics that come with that.

Parme was recommended to me, but I also checked out their site and reviews. There isn’t a coupe in my mind of why they have satisfied customers! I’ll have them back to do the updates I want and need!

I'm beyond thrilled to be able to run more than 2 kitchen appliances without blowing a fuse!! All the work is fantastic & everyone has been wonderful.
