I don’t know why people need to be so rude when they answer the phone. I understand you’re busy. I have to answer the phone while at work also. You’ll be okay, buddy. Also, stay away from during lent!!!! Rude, rude, rude!

More selection and inventory than it appears from the road, however hard to identify for the uneducated as much of the product is not labeled. Prices seemed fair.

Lot more stuff in there than you would think just driving buy. When I order bulk mulch by dumptruck, these guys are the fastest and have the best prices for the quality of product.

Always loved going here for our lunch meat and deli items. Tried to go several times before they closed and were never open. Will miss this place.

They preformed work on my neighbors house that resulted in the flooding of my yard. The men on site denied any responsibility despite photographic evidence of drainage before and after their project. These men then proceeded to scream at and intimidate my wife. Their behavior was harassment and unprofessional.

This place has a great selection of all your landscaping needs!!! I feel I should just come sometimes for a field trip of the place!!!! Super friendly staff as well!! Highly recommend!!!

They planted 8 trees and completed surrounding landscape. We are very pleased with their work.

Contacted Bradley Phelps in early March for a hard scape project and mulch. I was told the job would be done the first week of April. In mid April I called and was told I was on the list for the first week of May. As you might have figured, it is now the first week of May.
I have made several large purchases over the years from the various Fratangelo businesses, but after this experience, will discontinue using any of their products or services.

Came late last season and didn’t finish the project. THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID AS WELL. They promised me they would be back at the beginning of this season however they are not returning any calls or text messages. BEWARE.

I asked for fine pool sand, the rep said they have concrete sand, and that it would work for a pool. I ordered it, then later texted the installers and asked if there would be any issues. He said "fine mason or pool sand only -- nothing coarse". I called Fratangelos and spoke with the same rep. I told him exactly what the installer told me. He checked with the owner and guaranteed it would be ok for the pool. So they delivered it next day.The installer will not use it for the pool, so I had to buy 5 ton of fine mason sand from APLS (I highly recommend them), and I am now stuck with 5 ton coarse cement sand that I have no use for. The clerk said he would ask the owner if there was anything they could do to help me out, and I never heard back.

This excellent landscaping company placed 15 trees in my backyard and the beautiful work! I know the owner personally and Bennet is one of the finest men you’ll ever meet. He is honest and he has a great eye for landscaping! This company definitely deserves five stars!

This place has fantastic selection! We don't know much about plants and needed to landscape a large area, and one of the owners spent close to an hour walking around with us and showing us lots of plants that would work in our yard and suit the look we were going for. In addition, the prices were much more fair than some other places we've been. Definitely going back!

They installed some landscape lighting at my home that came with a warranty. When the lighting no longer worked and I called them to service within the warranty time frame, they refused to honor it. I wouldn't recommend a company that doesn't stand by its work.

I must have past this business for 39 years before stoping. The have some of the healthiest big live arrangements I’ve seen this year. Very good selection, there is not much you won’t find here. Prices are a lil high across the board but for the health and size of the plants you can’t beat it.

March 26th 2025 I had a guy (Bradley) come to my house to give me a quote on removal of debris, mulch, put mushroom compost down, topsoil and plant grass. I was told on the date of March 26th that It would be 1 or 2 weeks max! I thought two weeks was fine and we said to each other see you in two weeks. TODAY is May 8th. I haven't heard from them so I decided to call today. I get a nice guy on the phone apologizing because Bradley NEVER called me and NEVER showed up! March 26th to NOW May 8th! I will NOT refer Fratangelos to anyone ANYMORE! I have used them in the past and obviously my $1,475 was not enough money for them to even give me a call to say hey, it's going to be longer or anything. An absolute horrible way to do business or I should say NOT to do business!!! Never again will I call them. I talked to him about having a party at my house on May 11th and I was assured that the work would be done well before that! Yeah, sure! I manage for a large dealership and will look elsewhere when we need landscaping done at work or home!
