Very happy with this team—Adam, Shawn and Sarah were easy to deal with and the finished work was excellent (ceiling repair from water damage). Highly recommend!

They put a ceiling light fixture in my home. The room didn't have a light prior. Very professional and great communication. They did an amazing job, and the price was very reasonable.

They did a great job on my deck refresh and were reliable. The deck was sanded, power washed, rotted wood replaced and painted. The price was fair and the work was done quickly. I would recommend the Handyman Connection if you need some work done.

I am THRILLED beyond belief with the work that Sean and Alan did on my backsplash! As you could see by the pictures, the quality and workmanship is stellar and extremely well done. They were both so efficient with their time and attention to detail, particularly since the tiles were of mixed shades and they made sure that they were all well mixed up on the wall instead of having the same shades being clumped together. I am very OCD and I have a very particular eye so they were very patient with me and my requests.

Aug 2025....Another project was to help install some brackets for my replacement shades that were not able to use the existing brackets. Shawn was so good and quickly figured out what was needed to be done.

As always, I will continue to reach out to Handyman Connection if there's ever another project I need done in the home. I also appreciate you checking in with me to see if everything has stayed to my liking. I feel like that is very professional.

After calling around to multiple contractor companies and having my project turned down I came across Handyman Connection of Coraopolis. After speaking with Sarah about how I wanted to turn our toy room into an inside gym she met my request with excitement! She reached out to the head handyman, Shawn, who was eager to bring my ideas to life. Everyone I spoke to and worked with were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They listened to what I wanted and turned my toy room into a kids dream playground. With a rock wall, monkey bars, swings and a ball pit my kids will get the biggest present of all on Christmas morning! They were willing to work with my time frame and complete this project in one day only 2 days before Christmas! I felt comfortable and confident through the entire process because I really felt like I could trust this company. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. The attention to detail that Shawn put into this project blew me away. He had the pieces for the rock wall pre-measured and painted before he even got here and even added trim around the edge to really give it a remarkable touch. This company will be the only company I will ever have come do projects in my home going forward! Pictures do not do it justice! I had the pleasure of working with handyman connection on my master bathroom remodel in my 150 year old home. The remodel included gutting the entire bathroom and adding a 6 foot 600 pound claw foot tub that they had to move up my 16 step staircase. A contractors nightmare. I had many contractors try to convince me to go a different route until I met Shawn Maloney. I knew from the moment I met him that I found the company I wanted to go with. He seemed very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. And my assumptions were correct. They even worked with my budget to ensure I was financially comfortable with going forward with the remodel. Now let me be honest, remodels are extremely stressful, this remodel wasn’t easy, did things not go as planned at times? Yes. But with any company you go with, that’s going to happen. The thing in todays world what matters is how the company handles those things and makes it work for that ending result and I can say with confidence if you decide to go with Handyman Connection of Coraopolis they will do anything and everything to make sure you are 100% satisfied with their work and customer service! Adam and Sarah are the most amazing people to talk to if you have any questions or concerns before, during, or after a project, they will answer you promptly and assure you with confidence, and their customer service is top notch. And Allen and Shawn’s professionalism and craftsmanship are outstanding. Having people in your home that you don’t know can be stressful; but I always felt very comfortable with them there and they were very respectful to me and my home at all times. Andrew the plumber’s work was very good and he even came and fixed an issue in my basement that had nothing to do with the project just so I could use my downstairs bathroom while they worked! All around an amazing crew. Thank you so much Adam, Allen, Andrew, Shawn, and Sarah for making my bathroom absolutely gorgeous!

Great experience with handyman connection. Pricing was fair, owner was incredibly responsive, the contractors on site were professional and kept a clean workarea.

Repair took a few days but the results were excellent! Pics show unpainted ceiling after repair work.

They were great… Worked around my schedule, let my dog run around like a crazy person, and kept to my house as clean as possible while doing drywall repairs. Now that the walls repaired, I just need to do the painting and my house will be back together

Our project involved a kitchen renovation that included removing a wall, closet and bulkheads. It also required replacing the drywall on the ceiling, relocating a pocket door, widening a doorway between kitchen and dining room, replacing all flooring with LVP / LVT and adding a door to a bonus room that had none. We worked with Shawn and Adam as project managers and then with Corey and Braden as the main construction crew. I also worked with Sarah in the office. Throughout the whole project I received great communication of where the project stood and regarding daily attendance of the on-site crew. They showed up every day they were scheduled. The project managers came with the crew on day 1 to review the project. They also stopped by periodically during the project to check status. I only had one concern during the project related to the textured ceiling. I felt comfortable reaching out and the project manager came the next day to discuss solutions. He came the following day to work with the crew by supporting and training on technique. Textured ceilings are a skill perfected with years of experience and our crew just needed a little guidance. In the end it turned out fine and now blends well with the ceiling in an adjoining space. The crew prepped the area according to drawings provided by our custom cabinet maker who was located 3+ hours away. When it came time for cabinet installation the installers had zero complaints and were able to complete their install in the allotted time.

I am really glad I found Handyman Connection at the Montour Home Show and had a great experience working with them. I hated to see the crew leave. After working with them for a month they became like my kids / work family. I am already planning a deck project for them next summer once proverbial dust settles from this kitchen project.

I live in Arizona and had a need for handyman services in PA. 2000 miles away and needing service is stressful, found out there was no need. They came out, did what what discussed and in a top notch manner. Couldn’t be happier with the service. This all coming from a facilities manager of 26 years at the same company, if your apprehensive about calling, don’t be.

I can't say enough about the work that Chris & team have done for me. Both in my home and in our offices. Everything from mounting TV's to painting to trim work. I know that if I call Homeowners Helper Handyman Services the job will be done - right - on time. We'll continue to use them when the need arises. They're great to work with and I can't say enough.

Chris and Lee did a great job on a small vinyl plank flooring + baseboards project. They also took care of a couple of other small repairs. Lee went out of his way at the end of the day to help me move heavy garbage left on our porch by another vendor (a cleaning company). I’d recommend them to anyone in Pittsburgh because of their reasonable price and high quality work. Their point of contact on the phone also did a good job staying in touch and was very courteous. (I think her name was Cayla.)

Chris and Lee made sure the work was completed done and then came back just to recheck and make sure we were pleased. Recommend you give this business a call. They came through at a fair price and faster than the contractor from Home Advisor who cancelled and did not show up!
