This is my new favorite place ! I got a huge lilac shrub that’s already got a TON of blooms starting already, & it was only $40, I couldn’t believe it ! There was a very, very sweet, helpful man who showed us the best lilac shrub & even carried it out & placed it in my trunk, then helped my son choose the best of the marigolds they had. This place was just great in every way & I’ll definitely be going back

This is a conflicted review that I am going to write. I wanted to give 5 stars but here is what happened.
I have a plan of what bushes and plants I want in my landscaping. About 2 weeks ago I called and was told that the plants aren't in yet but they should have everything we are looking for. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful.
I went to Inches to get a feel for the process. As soon as we walked up I was greeted by a nice guy who asked if we needed help. I showed him the plan and the list of plants.
He basically walked us around to 2 or 3 plants and then just suggested we browse. The dude basically seemed taken aback that we wanted to buy plants.
I walked in there with the intention of handing them a list and the scheduling the delivery but ended up leaving after looking around. He seemed interested in walking us through this process which was disappointing.
I'll probably still end up going through Inches but wished it was a better process.
