I don’t know why the reviews here are low. We called American leak detection and janell who answered was professional and on point.

The first crew that came out to find the leaks in our pool couldn’t get them all. The owner called me a week or so later and we talked. He came out the next day and found the leaks like a boss. Highly recommend them for pool leaks.

I had Wayne & Jason come out to inspect the sewer line in the house we're buying. Wayne explained what we were looking at as he ran the camera. He was very knowledgable. I'd use his company again and have no problem recommending him to anyone in need of a sewer camera inspection.

Very unhappy with American Leak Detection! Just paid $315 to find a leak in my pool only to be told they are too busy to fix it. Website clearly states they will locate the leak and fix the problem. When making appointment it Should have been specified they were "too busy" to fix the problem. Save your money and don't call this company.

Totally professional service, they were prompt and very thorough. Very experienced and knowledgeable. They found the exact location of the leak and provided a detailed quote to complete the repair. I highly recommend their services if you suspect a leak in your pool.

Jason with American Leak Detection provided exceptional service and expertise. His team was not deterred by poor weather or heavy work schedule. They quickly found the 2 leaks - fixed them - and instructed me on how to monitor for immediate recurrence. If residual leak is detected, they would come out again and detect/fix. Their help was much appreciated. My gorgeous wife and I can now safely and comfortably continue to use our pool with our family and friends.

I was very impressed. Jason showed up at my house exactly on time, explained things to me and got right to work. After dousing the roof with water he located the problem areas, took photos, checked the attic with a thermal camera, and reported everything to my insurance company. This is after an adjuster came out and found nothing.

They were able to make an appointment within a couple of days of my call. Jason came out, did a thorough inspection of my in-ground pool, and found a leak where the suction line connects to the skimmer pot. He applied a temporary fix for no charge, since a permanent fix will require trenching and re-plumbing the suction line. He also found a thin spot in the liner that wasn't leaking yet, but reinforced it with a patch anyway again for no extra fee. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

Great! Jason located a leak underground, and provided a report that I shared with my pool company. They found the leak right where he marked it and repaired it. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, and up-front that temporary repairs may not last long. I have someone coming to fix a cracked step later this year! Highly recommend!

We had American Leak Detection come out in 2021 to find a leak in our pool. They did a quick epoxy (band-aid fix) and told us to fix it properly we would have to schedule a return trip. We called to schedule the actual repair and were told they were a few months out. American Leak Detection never called us back to schedule and never returned. We followed up in 2022 to get on the schedule to repair and never received a call back. In spring of 2023 they answered our call, came out and said we would need to pay for another leak detection that we already had back in 2021. Needless to say we are very dissatisfied with the lack of understanding and customer service to the hurdles we have endured for American Leak Detection to do their job that we have tried to schedule. It is not on us as customers to pay extra for their lack of organization in schedule when we requested multiple times to be place on their work schedule.

Jason and Joe were extremely knowledgably and provided outstanding customer service. We had a leak in one of our swimming pool lines and they were able to take a minimally invasive approach to quickly diagnose the issue. Their knowledge and experience helped us to avoid significant excavation and repairs costs which was an incredible relief especially because it prevented us from spending thousands of dollars as well as possibly not being able to open the pool this year. We would highly recommend this company for any leak detection needs!

This company is the best! From Jonelle at the office to jason in the field, these guys saved me an incredible amount of frustration and money. They ask questions, explain the process and responded in a timely fashion. Jason gathered lots of information, which led to a faster diagnosis of the leak. He used a combination of technology and experience to solve my problem. I also suggest that you walk with them on site, if appropriate, through the process; the more ears listening for the leak, the better. Jason, thanks again!

The water company insisted there was an underground leak on the private side my water line. I called American Leak Detection and they were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I completed the booking process with Janelle - she was very knowlegable and compassionate. An American Leak Detection service technician by the name of Jason arrived on time, very professional and kind. Jason did not find any leaks on my property. Jason added that if the water company does not honor the results of his findings( of course they did not) he will gladly come back to my home for a more specialized test. Turns out, Jason was correct, the leak was ACROSS the street from my home. Thank you American Leak Detection - if not for your company I would have spent THOUSANDS on an unnecessary water line replacement.

American Leak Detection sent Jaaon, who was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained everything he was doing, and why.
