Did a great job and very proffesional

Lou and his team at Servpro did the rebuild at my house installing new flooring and reworking my kitchen island from water damage. They did an amazing job and everyone was friendly and professional. They even redid some things without question. I’d recommend them to anyone!

When my washing machine broke, water seeped under my bamboo wood flooring. Serv pro was hired to remove my flooring and dry out water damage. I also hired them to install my new flooring. I want to thank Jeff for assuring me he had the best crew to do the job, and he did. I want to thank Lou and Steve for installing my new flooring, and doing an excellent job. They were prompt and courteous. If I had to call with any questions, they were prompt in returning my calls. After completing the job each day, they cleaned everything up to my satisfaction. I really and truly had the best. If I ever need work done inside my home, I would definitely call Serv pro, and I highly recommend them.

I'd recommend SERVPRO to everyone. I couldn't have had a more positive experience - professional, knowledgeable, accountable, polite, friendly, etc. I could go on and on. We had a sewer back-up in our basement and did everything from remediation to the re-build with them. Jeff, Louis, Steve and team were fabulous. I felt taken care of and cared for. They were detail oriented (and I am picky), tidy, clean, on time, dependable, explained everything. Really it may be the best experience I've had with a contractor and home renovation. We had ServPro come out quote us on damage left behind from an ice dam - David from their team, who did the site visit & is doing the quoting, was prompt & incredibly courteous, knowledgable, and thorough.

Scott Hastings, my project manager, was punctual, professsional, and responsive. Scott kept me updated on my start date, and he responded to emails and phone calls. Josh Weber does fantastic work and he's always pleasant! Should I need mold mediation and water damage repair again (hopefully not), I wouldn't hesitate to reuse them. My residence has been remodeled and repaired in the 43 years I've lived here, and my dad did home improvement. I'm familiar with quality work and Scott and Josh deliver.
