Ashley ,did a great job cleaning our home , she is very responsive ,answers questions, attentive to needs , adapts to your schedule , ,Ashley did a virtual walk thru before quoting price , leaves a paper copy of cleaning done , prior to cleaning she gives you a list of normal cleaning ,difference between regular and deep cleaning .would definitely recommend her !

Not professional cleaning as claimed, and the provided services are not good - I could tell because I had to reclean the whole house after them! I guess those who rated high didn’t know any better service! Ashley came with the two college kids, not professional cleaners (not sure if they have ever done this before). I wasted 265$ (with discount for the shower they broke) for the Deep House Cleaning (there was no furniture in the house as I just bought it) but nothing what was promised was done: the fridges were left with huge layer of dust on tops, dust was left everywhere on baseboards, doors, floors, windowsills, ledges, water was left in the kitchen wastebaskets… Not sure what "close attention" the previous reviewer is talking about!! Some white spots were left on my bathroom stone sink and kitchen counter top that I cannot now remove with anything. They broke my shower and argued they didn’t until I said I’d bring in the inspector who checked the house before and everything was in place. I could tell they used the same clothes to do everything - same stuff and dark hair were left everywhere (cover your head if you lose hair, seeing strangers’ hair everywhere is not what customers pay for). Attaching just one example with what I was left after this cleaning...

Ashley is incredibly professional and reliable! She is very detailed and I appreciate her checklist! She is also flexible to special requests if one part of the house needs extra attention.
