brayden and his team did a great job with my chimney. they took care of replacing a few layers of bricks, put on a new crown, switched out one of the top clay flue sections, and fixed up the mortar joints that needed attention. from the first quote to finishing up the work, brayden answered all my questions and showed a lot of knowledge about quality and safety. i definitely recommend them if you need chimney repairs or a sweep. their prices were really fair too.

This was my first time using a chimney sweep service in Croydon, and it couldn’t have gone better. When I called, Tracy was very helpful and took the time to explain who would be coming to clean my chimney and about what time to expect them. Tracy also suggested I check their website to learn more about the chimney cleaning process. Before the appointment, Brayden called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived right on time, brought in all his chimney sweep tools, and explained the steps he would take to clean and inspect my fireplace and chimney. Brayden stayed focused on the job and didn’t get distracted. After he finished, he made sure everything was tidy and walked me through what he found during the inspection, explaining any issues with my fireplace and what repairs he took care of. The whole experience was friendly, efficient, reasonably priced, and very professional. I highly recommend their chimney sweep services!

Brayden gave me a call to let me know when he was heading over, and he arrived right within the scheduled time. He took a good look at the fireplace and chimney inside the house, then went up on the roof to check things out from above. Everything was done quickly and with great care. The whole process was smooth, and the place was left clean. I would gladly recommend Endurance Chimney Cleaning to anyone needing a reliable chimney sweep.

The team at this chimney sweep company in Croydon did an amazing job for me. From the first phone call, Tracy was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel comfortable right away with her great customer service skills. She answered all my questions and put me at ease. When Brayden and the crew arrived at my home, they were professional, knowledgeable, and really friendly. I felt safe and relaxed having them work around my house. They carefully inspected my fireplace, checked the chimney from the roof, and made sure everything was working properly. Their attention to detail was impressive. I was so happy with the service that I plan to have them back for my next yearly fireplace inspection and also to clean out my dryer vent. I highly recommend this team if you need chimney sweep services in Croydon. Looking forward to having them help out again!

I can't say enough good things about Endurance Chimney Cleaning. I left a message, and Brayden got back to me quickly to set up an estimate for my chimney sweep in Croydon. They arrived right on time, gave a clear quote, and pointed out some obvious chimney issues that a previous inspection had missed. I was told their schedule was packed and the soonest they could come was in about a month, which I thought was very reasonable. Then, just a few days later, Brayden called back to let me know they had a cancellation and could fit me in earlier—what a pleasant surprise! Tracy and Brayden were both friendly and really knew their stuff. They explained everything about the chimney cleaning and repairs in simple language, which made it easy for me to understand what needed to be done. They went above and beyond with their work, making sure my chimney was completely safe and ready to use. I’m so happy to have a working chimney again! I highly recommend them to anyone needing chimney sweep services. My only wish is that I had called them for the first inspection, because they were much more thorough than the last company.

The previous liner in my chimney was not done right by a different company, so I called Endurance Chimney Cleaning for help. Brayden and Tracy replaced my old liner with a high-quality one and made sure to explain each part of the process clearly. They did a thorough and professional job, and everything was cleaned up nicely when they finished. The price for the work was also very fair. I’m really happy with their excellent chimney service and would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable sweep or liner replacement.
