Excellent brick work done on existing flower beds where bricks were falling down. Yard looks great!

My fence is perfect and installed quickly and professionally. The crew was neat and left the place looking great.

Booked two different estimates with them for a sizable job and they didn’t show up or even give me a call before or after for either one to let me know they would have to reschedule or apologize. Definitely going to be going elsewhere for someone I can at least rely on to show up.

Philz Landscaping did our driveway apron. The finished product looks nice, was a good value, and they worked around our uncertain schedule. We would use them again!

Payed for Topsoil to be delivered, 4 hours later and the owner Philip said that his crew would be there in 30 minutes. Another hour later still no-show.. I actually went to his shop to cancel the order because his secretary hung up on me.

I really thought that I finally found a company that was dedicated, reliable and reasonably priced. Turns out, this company does not have any of those qualities. Their workmanship is subpar, I needed my lawn and flower beds cleaned for the season. They just threw mulch over most of the weeds. The flower beds were not even edged. I waited for at least 2 weeks for a return phone call from the owner regarding an estimate for future work. Amanda, the lady who takes the quests is the only saving grace for the company. They are very disorganized and have an excuse for every mishap. I believe that the owner is in over his head with the company. He should be more reasonable priced for the inconsistent and fairly poor quality work that his company provide.

So I inquired about this company on 10/7 gave my deposit no problem. Was told someone would contact me...Sure you right! I CONTACTED them after they cashed my check and said whats the arrangement? I was told, sorry for the delay inclement weather. I said to Leah at the office when was someone going to contact me? My mistake is what she replied. 11/9 installation day supposed to be at 8:30 is what i was told Friday 11/6. Monday morning i get a call they running late will be there at 9:30. I call at 10:30 what's the issue, i dont know i was waiting for Phil to contact me back...Long story short he didn't care, he said I can refund U today. Its plenty of people who want this fence....Sayless U surley can refund me...😠.Don't get mad at me cause THEY DUMPED TRUMP...Not for the kind of money yall asking for...

My lawn has never looked better and it's thanks to Philz Landscaping!!! They are affordable and their service is done professionally. I love driving up to my home and seeing my manicured lawn. I have never had to clean up or move any debris. I tell my neighbors about them as well. One call is all you'll need to make. They are professional and courteous! You will not be disappointed!!

Philz Landscaping built 2 patios on my property. One is flagstone and the other is pavers with a retaining wall. Both are absolutely beautiful. Working with Phil and his team has been a great experience. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliability, quality, and reasonable pricing.

I contracted Philz to replace an existing natural stone 10x12 patio with 13 x 15 paver patio. Phil showed me options and provided an estimate. The workers showed up on time and spent 2 days completing the job. A little longer than estimated, but no big deal. Patio looks great! Job was done to our satisfaction and I will be contacting him again for additional work.

Angi provided me with several contractors, I received estimates but chose Philz Landscaping (even after coming in higher) because he satisfied with his estimate and start date our fervent desire to complete the project before winter set in. Alex, Javier set the example of professionalism in setting up the area to remove fencing and gate, installed vinyl fence with double gate (assisted by Carlos), removed all debris, left my yard spotless and we are extremely satisfied with the new fence and gate. Questions we had were answered (Helena, Phil) promptly and Alex, Javier went above and beyond ensuring my wife’s concerns were taken care of; I want again to Thank the team at Philz Landscaping and recommend highly to perform your project.

I had an old wooden fence removed, a vinyl one installed as well as some landscaping, and I couldn't be happier with how the job turned out. From start to finish, the project was top notch. From the project manager, Pat, to the installers, everyone was professional, courteous and committed to making my property look better than ever. Thanks for the very positive experience guys. I highly recommend!

Hired Philz Landscaping to replace several retaining walls situated about my lawn. The agent provided excellent insight into the project and a wide assortment of bricks from which to choose from. The workers were very courteous, tidy, and work methodically to complete the project. I am very impressed with the new look that Philz Landscaping has given my yard.

Had a fence installed a couple years ago and I was happy with communication, promptness and value. Called to have another fence on the opposite side of house and had an appt. scheduled for estimate and measurements. No call no show so I called them and left a voice mail. Called next day and the girl who scheduled the appt acted like she had no clue but told me I’d get a call. Still no response I call one last time and apparently the woman from an “answering service “ said she saw my messages and will mark it urgent. I’m done. According to other reviews I’m not the only one this has happened to. One customer said they took his money and no show. So beware of the lack of professionalism from Philz!

While it was nice they had a cancelation and came out quick, Communication was terrible, Job felt half assed, cleanup was poor. 1st scheduled time to come out was a no show. No english spoken by workers so couldn't communicate concerns. Was told driveway joints were going to be tar sealed and it was on the quote but after calling back was told I would recieve a call back and never did. Chunks of asphalt, rocks, and trash were also left in my yard. Regrading could have been better. Especially around the foundation. Overpriced for the quality they delivered.

From the first phone call to the completion of the fence installation, Phil was extremely professional and responsive. He answered all our questions and gave us a fair price. His entire crew was exceptional, super tidy, and pleasant. If you need fence installation… absolutely use Philz Landscaping!!!!

Had Phil and his workers come by my house to work on the backyard in May this year. Eliminate weeds, regrade soil and replant grass seed. 158 feet worth of backyard which he estimated $1600 to do. There was a hiccup with his office and scheduling and he wasn't even aware of the set date in mid-May. He rescheduled for the week after and took off $100 for inconvenience.

His crew shows up and does the job and weeks after, grass grew....but not fully in corners of the yard. I called him back, voicemail immediately. Got in touch with his office and they said they would pass the message. His response times are atrocious and I told him about the patches in the grass. He says "no problem I'll send guys to evaluate and re-seed".
They show up and do the job again. By mid-July, weeds are growing in very strong and grass is dying at exceedingly high rate despite me watering. I called him back and he says "that's odd, I'll come by this afternoon or tomorrow" in September when I finally get a hold of him. He never shows up or responds to texts or further calls.
The photos below are post-lawn work with visible patches and weeds. I had to spend additional monies on top soil, grass seed and water to correct the loss of 50% of the lawn!!

If you want an overpriced job not done right, Phil is your guy!!

We cannot say enough concerning Philz Landscape. One call and I connected with Pat. He met with us for a project which entailed removal of a partial cinder block porch with iron poles and remodeled an entire porch. We are pleased with the work performed. We found found that Pat was a man of his word and committed to pleasing us with minor finishes. I would highly recommend this company.
