My hot water went out and a Heat-n-Air Guys service technician was able to come out that same day, identify the problem. My system is a bit complex (I have one system that manages both my heat and hot water) but he was able to get job done. The technician was professional, honest and thorough. And, the price was also very reasonable!

"I am extremely satisfied with the work I received from the Heat-n-Air Guys. I was experiencing problems with the heater fan running constantly, a corroded heating board, and some other things. As a result, I reached out to the Heat-n-Air Guys because I’ve heard positive things about their company. I reached out to them, and was given an appointment date within the next few days. Cavon came out to assess the concerns, and was able to pinpoint what needed to be done immediately. Parts had to be ordered and they were ordered that same day, once received a final appointment was scheduled. Exactly a week later, Cavon came back to complete the necessary work. I was impressed with the level of professionalism. He was very thorough and worked diligently to complete the task at hand. In addition, he was very knowledgeable and provided additional pointers/tips that can be done to regulate the heat and air quality throughout the year. Cavon made sure that he cleaned up after himself, and wore shoe covers to ensure that nothing was tracked throughout the house. I was highly impressed not only with the quality of work, but with the fact that they are reasonable. It’s hard to find good quality work for reasonable prices nowadays. Technician just came out. First he was courteous enough to throw covers on his shoes Before going beyond our foyer. He took his time checked around and noticed some masonaryvwas missing where water may have been coming in instead of the radiator as I had imagined. He tested the radiator and boiler anyway and recommended waiting a few days before he may consider further action. The technician was clean, friendly and informative. His ratings on Google says it all. I would def. recommend!

Called Cavon and company for direction as we consider replacing our AC. He gave us some pointers about maintenance and recommended that we wait to save money. Very honest and considered service. We will seek them out when the time comes to fix and/or replace our unit!

These guys are amazing. We called them after our HVAC system broke down in the middle of the hottest week we've seen since we moved into our home. They were quick, professional and most importantly thorough. Cavon was awesome and instead of a generic quote that could have been too much or not enough he sat us down and explained how he was building the quote based on the house itself. The quote was more than fair and he even gave advice on how to save on our energy costs. Install was quick and our house is always super cool. These guys are amazing and I recommend them to everybody

The service was excellent! They were very professional and receptive to my concerns about my AC not working during this heat wave we are experiencing. The tech was very professional and explained the workings of the AC in layman’s terms - he answered all of my questions. My AC was throughly checked and parts replaced and now I am chilling!!! The Heat n Air Guys are truly reliable!

I considered this company to replace my steam boiler because of the stellar reviews. I cannot give a review about their work because I could not get past the price. If I were to purchase the boiler it would cost $3000-$3500. Businesses usually get a discount, so the cost would be less for them. My quote was over $13,000. I am a hands on homeowner. The price is ridiculous. Before I got the quote he mentioned financing. I am one who does not like paying interest fees, so I would not go that route. Be careful when lured by financing. Calculate what u r really paying. If I didn't know any better it could have ended up costing me close to $20,000. I will not recommend this company.

My Heat-n-Air Guys service representative was very punctual, actually arriving fifteen minutes early and waiting for the registered appointment time. He was very polite, introducing himself and covering his feet with footies to protect my floors. He proceeded to the job at hand informing me as to what needed to be done. It is my pleasure to tell of my experience with Heat-N-Air Guys. During this sweltering heat we have been experiencing these past weeks, we, unfortunately, could not get cool air to blow thru the vents. Put in an emergency call for service to Heat-N-Air Guys. Cavon responded as soon as possible and discovered that the blower on my HVAC system needed replacing. We agreed on the cost and the part was ordered. I had an appt for Tuesday for installation. Thank the Lord I got a call that he could install the part sooner. The work was completed on Saturday!! I am so thankful. Cavon is such an honorable, reliable and respectful young man. I highly recommend Heat-N-Air Guys for all your heat and air conditioning needs.

Cavon is the best. Always polite and friendly. I like that the office staff will reach out if he's running late or on his way. He always answers my heater questions. Been a customer over 5 years and has recommended the company to my friends and family.

After saving me a ton of money on my first encounter with the Heat and Air Guys I was in need of their services once again. When they arrived, on time if I may add, they went right to work. Within 15 minutes the problem was located. We discussed the possibilities that existed to resolve the issue. Within 3 days I received a quote for the service we discussed and the quote was right on point with our previous discussion. Of course I am going through with the service. Trust worthy, honest, and efficient.

Just had central air replaced and Cavon and his staff did a terrific job! In addition to wearing booties they also placed runners down on my hardwood floors and when they finished everything was as clean as a whistle.

Well the heat man came out to see what was going on with my heater. He explained everything that was going on with the heater which ultimately guided me to make a decision about services. I appreciated his time and patience. Very professional!!! He wore covers on his shoes before he came into my home to measure all the heaters. Unbelievable!!! I was impressed. As usual Cavon at Heat-n-Air Guys did a fantastic job of determining why my AC unit was not cooling. He ran tests, in addition to careful and diligent searching for the problem.
