Nothing short of amazing

Very disappointed. Tried to get away with doing sloppy work in my bathroom. My job was contracted through the city and I guess he felt that he could cut corners and do sloppy work and I wouldn't notice or speak up about it. Then became verbally disrespectful right in my home!!

Kirk was awesome. He understood the assignment and the importance of not having a working toilet and shower. Especially when you have two teenage daughters. I know the inconvenience of my situation happening on a holiday weekend but he never made me feel that way. Came through and got the job done. And cleaned up the mess!!!! Definitely my go to plumber moving forward....

Mr. Kirk was great. I called him at 9:15pm for an emergency service, since the pipe in my garage had burst. He arrived by 10:45, and got the job done within an hour. He checked the other pipes in my house, and told me what I would need to have done. He is reasonably priced, where others would have probably charged a substantially amount more. I would recommend anyone who has plumbing needs, especially emergencies to contact him. You will not be disappointed.

We called Kirk for emergency service on a Saturday afternoon. He showed up at 5pm and got our plumbing so we could use it. Then followed up to find the root cause. He called out the big guns and jetted our line.There was a large obstruction they were able to remove, and we haven't had issues since. He was thorough and patient the whole time, stopping to explain what he was doing and going over cost as he worked. Thoughful and hardworking - use Do It Right for your plumbing needs!

Kirk and John did amazing work!!!!!! They came and gave me a reasonable estimate, retrieved the best water tank a homeowner could have AND replaced a horrible rusty gas pipe. They worked very fast and did an amazing job. They conducted themselves very professionally and ensured I knew what was happening every step of the way. NO MORE COLD SHOWERS!!!!! Thank you so much, I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing work and refer them to everyone seeking their expertise!

I am so happy with the service provided by Do it Right Plumbing specifically Kirk and John. I called explained my problem with my leaking sink.. he told me no worries and he would be here within the hour.. True to his word Kirk was prompt, highly knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn’t consider using anyone else going forward. After a not-so-great experience with another company that supposedly fixed the problem only to have it leak again.. but Do it right Plumbing was like a breath of fresh air - literally..... This company was fantastic. They came to our business right after we called and unclogged a drain that other companies could not. They will be our only plumbers moving forward.

When I woke up on a Thursday morning with a water pouring into my kitchen I was skeptical it would be fixed in less than 24 hours.

We called Do it right Plumbing but weren’t able to secure help overnight, but Kirk followed up with a call at 8 am and was at our house by 9. His customer service was top tier and work was efficient. He provided us with guidance for other things that we may want to address but did not try to upsell us beyond what was absolutely necessary in the moment.

Kirk combines his years of experience with his keen ability to diagnose and effectively repair plumbing issues. From water pipes, to shower, tub and garbage disposal issues, I can personally say he has made the repair and “Did It Right” the first time. He cleans up thoroughly and is knowledgeable about his craft. You won’t be disappointed with his work, friendliness and timely response.

He is reasonable, quick, works with your budget and is very very courteous and respectful. I wouldn't recommend another plumber at all thanks kirk, John and Jamar the best!!!!
