This whole team is great. A real person answered the phone and she fit us in on a weekend. Super transparent pricing and the tech helped us figure out what was causing the river of water in our HVAC tray. Was initially nervous because my husband wasn’t home but he was super kind not at all creepy and even was able to explain the issue with my kids running around. We also got a realistic timeline to plan for the inevitable death of our machine which is just far enough out to plan and budget. Highly recc.

He clearly explained the items on the checklist that he would inspect and test during the annual heating system safety check. I was told by a previous company I needed a new boiler and the service was $6,500😒 Cavon told me I needed a new part not a new boiler. Cavon from Heat-N-Air Guys was very professional and kind. He went over board to make sure I knew what was wrong with my boiler and told me it wasn’t bad. The service he provided was worth it because I was not going to pay $6,500 for a new boiler! 😩 It was less than $1,000 for service with Heat-N- Air Guys and the job took about an hour saving me thousands. I am very pleased because my heat is on and my family is warm. Heat-N- Air Guys is very professional and now I have a new company that I am going to bother every season In Shaa Allah. Cavon...I can't say enough great things about this young man! Very respectful, very knowledgeable about his craft. When he said that he was gonna give me heat before Thanksgiving that's what he did!!! We needed our heating system converted from oil to gas and he got it done in a very quick timely fashion! Good afternoon just wanted to leave a quick review in reference to heat and air guys. So of course, it is now getting cold. I come home one day and turn on my heating system. I have radiators Heat So Come to find out my water pump was bad and needed to be replaced after hours and hours of research And above all worrying about cost, I came across heat and air guys the call was dispatched to Cavon. I spoke to him briefly on the phone gave a description of what was going on with my heat. He came out And assessed and resolve the problem I now have heat again thanks to heat and air guys.
