I had Lou and Zack to my house to do and chimney inspection. They were great they explained everything to me so that I could understand and walked me through the process on getting the work done that I need!!! I never felt stupid or rushed through the process which is a huge positive beings female to that knows nothing going on but has a better understanding!!!! Keep up the great job and I will be referring you to everyone!!

We just had our 1934 fireplace re-done by Lou Curley's. They removed the firebox, straightened out the flue for proper venting, installed a new stainless steel flue liner then put in a new fireplace retrofit system. The three techs, Dave, Zach and Joe, were all very professional and left a clean site when they left at night. We are very pleased.

Great job! Thorough assessment, returned as scheduled (timely), did nice work, explained it, billed appropriately. Exceeds competition (one company attempted to charge me $3K more than Lou Curley's). Good communication by workers on site and through Kim over phone/email. Highly recommended based on this experience!

Excellent experience today with Curley’s. The guys who examined our Chimney showed up right on time, we’re very polite, did a very thorough job, and made some recommendations without pushing us to invest in improvements that were not essential while pointing out in detail why they could be considered. Highly recommend.

I can not speak more highly of Lou! The service was impeccable from booking until job done. Regardless of the fact that the outcome was not what I was hoping for Lou explained everything clearly to me and showed me exactly what the problems were. They got me scheduled quickly and if I ever need anything done in the future they will be who takes care of it!!! You will not be disappointed.

Lou and Zack did a very professional inspection of our large 110 y.o. fireplace and chimney, video inspected and recorded chimney tiles and mortar joints all the way up, took measurements of the firebox and other details for confirming proper functioning, and made reasonable recommendations to remedy smoke problem (fireplace top lip too shallow for proper venting, add dimension) all for a very reasonable price with no upcharges or requests to perform unnecessary work. Very impressed and pleased. And they are a local business which we like to support.

I had such a great experience with the team at Lou Curley! I was completely lost on what I would need to make our chimney/fireplace workable. They did a great job educating me on what I need, they even offered a less expensive service because I didn’t actually need the full cleaning I initially booked. They also closed the ash box in the fireplace which was not even something I had planned and they were able to do it easily the same day! The guys were super friendly and really understanding that I had a bunch of contractors all in the house. They were extremely patient, friendly, and helpful. I’ll definitely be using them for all cleanings and fireplace needs moving forward!

I cannot recommend this company enough. I had scheduled an appointment to get my chimney cleaned and had felt there may be a squirrel getting in there so we possibly needed a new cap. Well, days before my official appointment I called Lou Curley's panicking (as one does) because my fears were confirmed. They were very transparent about what they could and could not do when it came to a squirrel but said they would come out and check. I knew they had a full schedule and they still got someone to come out. They were able to safely fix my chimney cap and liner while the squatter was out for the day. And we dealt with animal control after that. I was so thankful I called Lou Curley's. They could have easily said we will be out in a few days as planned. Or really that they don't deal with squirrels and not come out at all. But the owner told me afterwards that they are a company who, when able, will always try to help and they went above and beyond for me. I will recommend this company to anyone. 10/10.

These ladies were extremely professional and worked very hard to get the house spotless. I used them for deep cleaning. The price was excellent. I have used other cleaning services before, this was the best price. I am happy with the service and will continue to use them
