Customer service very bad I was asking the guy name Kris about kind of capacitor he said go find it yourself he was very mean I went to look at the shelf can’t find it so I Ask other guy he told me it out off stock, and the other guy name Kris told his coworker don’t worry about that capacitor.

Called to purchase a run/start capacitor for my AC unit, identified myself as a non contractor and that I was their neighbor could they sell me the part. They would not. They only supply contractors. Aside from that a very long wait time on the phone. Would give them zero stars for making an exception to their rule and not helping out a community member with a simple need.

I'm sure there is more to the story that what I read below. this particular location has always been able to assist me with my will call pickups. They've always been exceptionally willing to assist. As a heating and cooling professional this is a go to shop when I absolutely need a part. Megan especially deals with my demanding requests and I really appreciate that. I recommend these guys/gals to anybody.
