My water heater unfortunately stopped working on Tuesday, and after calling Mike that evening, he was there the next day with a brand new Bradford White water heater! He went above and beyond with explaining to me the importance of a reliable brand, what gallon size would be in the long run the best value, and replaced my emergency shut off valve and added an expansion tank so my property would be up to code! I cannot thank Mike enough for his hard work, friendly customer service, and straightforward no hassle pricing!

They showed on time and did not leave (working late into the night) until there a resolution to the problem and work completed the right way. Not many have this level customer dedication. They are also extremely price conscious.

The service went very well he gave me options for my service and it help me to decide on the one I wanted to use.

The technician Cole was dispatched to my home, in order to diagnose the issue with my boiler, he was unable to determine the issue, after he left I took a look at my boiler and was able to jumpstart my heat and identified the issue. Although I provided myself with the diagnosis and resolution they still charged me a diagnostic fee. I followed up with the company and let them know I was able to diagnose the issue and asked for a price quote and was told that it would cost me $900 to simply replace one wire for my thermostat.When I mentioned to the manager Mike that the price was a serious over charge and that I should receive a refund for the diagnostic fee he simply ended communication with me. We had been texting each other about the issue and I do have the messages as proof of my bad experience with this company.
