David is a very courteous and outstanding trouble-shooter. Even though he could not fix our problem (the replacement part was no longer available from the manufacturer), he guided us well for our next step. I will definitely use his company again. This is the second time we’ve used his services.

Called and David was able to come out the same day! Our dryer needed a new thermostat and David was able to diagnose and install a new one within 15 minutes. I highly recommended Niyalu Repair Service.

Niyalu was hired to service my refrigerator through my home warranty. They were as professional as you could get, great at dealing with my warranty company and they were extremely fast getting here and servicing my refrigerator. The contractor was friendly and explained everything he was doing to me to keep me up on the repair. Would recommend to anyone.

I didn’t give 5 stars bc of the price. The visit was 140, plus the labor was 120 and the part was 51. The part was literally replacing a 3 dollar belt. So, I do think that the redundant price of the trip and the labor was an over reach BUT they came out same day. Courteous worker (David) and he was quick - less than 20 min. So, maybe consider the pricing to be more reasonable to the repair completed and you’ll have happiest (not happier) customers. Paid 311.52 to repair my two year old dryer. Sigh.

We are very happy with the technician. He repaired my dishwasher right away so I could use it at the same day. He was kind and seemed to know what he was doing. However, I am not sure about the repair cost this company charged us. They said 140$ for service call which I got noticed on the phone but charged for a labor and the part when I needed to pay. I absolutely understand about the cost for the part, however, after everything put together( Service call+ Labor+ Part), you might want to buy a new dishwasher. I put 5 stars because I am happy with the technician, however, to be honest, I am not sure if I want to use the repair service again. I'd rather go for buying a new one...

David arrived Within 40 minutes of my call to the company. He arrived prepared to work, and diagnosed our problem within a minute. He had the parts in the truck, and made the repair immediately. David, the repair technician from NIYALU, was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He handled the repair to our water inlet valve (broken and profusely running), replaced/updated our old copper pipe and got our dishwasher up and running again. Same day.

David helps me every single time I’ve called him. Dishwashers, refrigerators, washer dryers.. he has always come through in the clutch for me when we need repairs at our houses. Thank you !!!

We unfortunately had a very negative experience with this company. Our refrigerator/freezer was not staying cold/frozen. The repair man came our same day and reported that we were low on freon but assured us he did not find a leak. We were then charged $47 an ounce for freon (for reference HVAC companies charge that price per pound). He charged us for 6oz of freon and $260 for labor (was not at our house longer than 30 minutes).

24 hours later and our refrigerator still was not staying cold. After looking at our appliance manual we realized that our fridge only takes 4.5 oz of Freon and that it is a closed system so it would be impossible to “just be low” like we were told. The repair man came back out and told us this time the Freon was gone again. We paid $717 the day before for the problem to not even be fixed and ended up having to buy a new refrigerator.

When we voiced how upset we were he said he would check with his boss to see if we could be reimbursed, but we of course never heard back even after calling again. We unfortunately feel like we were completely taken advantage of by the repair man with him knowing we were in a time sensitive situation.

Same day service, excellent communication, all parts needed were available, fast repair. I could not ask for anything more from a repair service. I appreciate this service. Thanks very much!

Had Niyalu come to replace my compressor on my Kenmore Elite two years ago, so when my water dispenser panel showed an error unit they were quick to come out again and satisfactorily addressed the problem. I've found David to be a knowledgable, honest person and responsive in each case

They charged $500 to fix our refrigerator and it broke again after 2 months!! They wouldn't come back out to look at it without charging again!! They are just ripping people off!! Find anyone else! Rude, unprofessional and and if they know how to repair, then they are just stealing from people.

The owner claims I didn't have a copy of my invoice. I do, but I didn't have a copy with me when I called as I was at work. I gave him my address and he told me he had no record of repair.
His technician was at my house for r hours (one hour he was sitting in his car) turns out, all they did was add freon. 4 hours. $500. All they did was add freon. Sounds like a scam to rack up labor fees.
He claims the issue with our refrigerator was a new issue. It wasn't. It was the same issue. Which is specifically why I called them back. If I pay $500 for a repair, I expect it to last more than 5 months. Most people would. Most small businesses would have made this right. But this is more of a scam than a repair service.

My wife and I frequently use small businesses and leave raving reviews when warranted. (Easy to find them). I will also tell the truth when these small businesses rip us off.

Even well before David came by to look at our sensitive dishwasher, he was absolutely fantastic in giving me a bunch of very detailed advice and suggestions over the phone on what could be wrong with our machine well before he even showed up. When he did stop by, he gave us a lot of info for future reference should we get similar error codes. In this case it was indeed, "human error" but we learned plenty. I am SO GLAD that Fisher Paykel has entrusted Niyalu Repairs for their wonderful appliances!

David was professional and courteous. Nice to work with, fair in pricing and came the same day I called. Work was completed cleanly and in time specified. Would highly recommend and will use again if needed.

Leaky dishwasher. David diagnosed the problem, ordered the valve and fitting and fixed the issue.

Great service! Called at 10am and David arrived at my home by noon and diagnosed my dishwasher had a bad circuit board. It wasn’t worth fixing so I bought a new dishwasher a few days later. When I called to set up appointment for the next day he asked “can we do it today?” Uh yeah!!! Two hours later he arrived and 90 minutes after it was installed.
Fair price for quality work and super fast response time.

After experiencing discrimination through one of our home warranty's vendors, we called them to have them send a different repair man for our refrigerator. David called, showed up as promised, and he didn't just 'fix' the refrigerator, he also explained things and showed me how some of it actually works. He was very friendly and pleasant, professional, and fixed the problem in ten minutes, as well as educated me to keep it working longer. Excellent service.
