This company was amazing! I went with them, because not only were they veteran owned, but they offered a quality service at a competitive price. I had so many questions and they answered all of them and were kind as I worked through some financing obstacles. The Crew was kind, respectful of my property/neighbors and efficient! I have a very complicated roof that I can’t trust with anyone and they did a wonderful job (even sent me pics of the roof when they were done because I can’t see up there) Thanks Jim, Paul, and David!

I had soffit/fascia and gutters installed by Tri-Link about 3 years ago.

The install process was painful to say the least. There were times when there were no English speaking workers on site. I had to stop their work several times because they were not performing things as I had discussed before signing the contract and I had to call and wait for the owner to come out. These were things that should have been communicated to the crew by the owner. The finished product was ok but not what I would call exceptional.

Fast forward to 2025.......I recently had issues with one of the down spouts completely failing during bad weather and contacted the owner with pictures and questions regarding the warranty. He responded that it was unusual for that to fail like it did and was going to forward everything to his project manager and they would contact me. Surprise....I was never contacted and I guess the warranty is just a lot of hot air. I had the issue addressed by another source because things were urgent. Upon evaluation we found out that they never put any type of fasteners into the elbows and straight downspouts and they didn't sufficiently anchor the downspout to the building so it pretty much just fell apart in the bad weather. If the work was done properly the failure would never have occurred.

I have yet to hear back from the project manager or anyone else at Tri-Link regarding the warranty inquiry. One star is all I can give.

I will update when and if I get a response to my actual inquiry about the warranty.....

Called Tri-Link Roofing for a siding repair from wind damage. Anthony contacted me and promptly repaired the siding. Highly recommend this company.

The heavy snow damaged my pavilion roof severely. Jim, the owner of trilink roofing, came out the same day I called and evaluated the damage. He gave me a very fair estimate compared to the other roofers that I called. Then came the lumber crisis! No lumber was available. However, Jim communicated with me and kept me abreast of the availability and got me the best prices. His team was kind, courteous, professional and respectful of my place and cleaned up after each day. The workers for each phase including demo, electrical, roofers and gutter installers were efficient and helpful with their suggestions. They all treated me like family. Very nice people and company. Very communicative and reasonably priced. I would give 4.5 stars if I could. My only complaint is they need a better system for cleaning up materials. I had found a good amount of nails in the yard and unfortunately so did my tractor. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

TRI-LINK is definitely 5 star! I had a leaky roof. From the time of my first phone call Paul was out here immediately. I signed the contract on Thursday. The supplies and dumpster were delivered on Monday. My roof was replaced on Tuesday and Wednesday. The communications were excellent from start to finish. All my questions were address. Hard workers on the roof continuously working. Joyce was amazing! This company is veteran owned. I had three prior estimates from other companies and I know I chose the best!

Golfball sized hail as well as wind damages during a Spring storm in Pittsburgh - caused a major leaking rooftop - TriLinx Veteran Owned roofing contractors to the rescue. My husband is disabled and was having a hard time dealing with fly by night predator roofing cold caller team plus a low baller insurance adjuster from “Bibberty Unusual whom I believe liked the flying duo climbing around my roof without paperwork in place?
