I called several companies in order to have my kitchen sink drain unblocked. However, none of them were able to connect me to someone immediately to arrange a plumber's visit. Others would have had a dispatcher phone me later or take voicemails. This company picked up the phone and scheduled an appointment for me immediately. So I recommend using this company if it is important to you not to wait around, not knowing if a plumber will return your call or when.

I was able make an appointment immediately. Briar came to me. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He told me that the problem was my septic tank. I thought it was a blocked pipe. He told me that he would still snake the line, but that it was a waste of money. It was a great example of honesty. He did not try to sell something I didn’t need. I am very grateful. They are great. Other inspectors refused him access to a ravine that was steep. He spent time explaining everything he had found, as well as helping us locate old permits.
