Steve and Greg came into my home to do a check up on my furnace. At 21 years old it is excellent shape but and annual check up is a necessity. The guys took their time and checked everything from stem to stern. It was not a rush deal, it was a complete diagnostic. No problems were discovered. That’s Motta!

Chris arrived within the window of time I was given. Chris was professional and explained what he was doing and signed me up for a maintenance agreement.

Roman showed up almost 45 minutes early which was wonderful because we were very anxious to get the air conditioning installed. He took the time to explain the operation of my Nest thermostat to me and the air purifier system as well. When Troy and he were finished with the installation they cleaned everything up so it was as if they had never been here. Greatly appreciated their work.

AC install by Jayson, Roman, Troy, & Brock was professionally done. They were respectful of property - inside & out. Things were left clean.

Our Motta sold/installed AC unit broke in June. The first tech installed refrigerant but could not find the leak due to not having a leak detector. The 2nd tech installed refrigerant but could not find the leak due to failing leak detector. The third tech detected a bad coil and ordered a new one. The new one was installed today (Sept 17th) with yet another huge bill. This was warranty work without a sense of urgency. So that side of the house was unusable for most of the summer. Buyer beware.

I learned about Motta from Ralph Williams RW Media. I am intrigued by the sauce Burglary system protection that you provide. Very impressive stuff. 5 stars for sponsoring RW media. YA OTTA CALL MOTTA!!

Installation of our new furnace and air conditioner went very well with Jayson leading the crew. He made sure that both units were working perfectly, and he advised us on the operation and maintenance of each unit. We will know how to adjust the vents and humidifier for each season. He and all of the crew were very pleasant and easy to work with. They left a clean and tidy space at the conclusion of the project. We would hire them again.

Roman and Jayson did our new install today. Great job and great service, Thank you!

Zak was at my house a few weeks ago to do routine service for the upcoming winter months. He was very thorough and time efficient inspecting my furnace.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I have contacted them as suggested in their response to my review. They have not responded!!

Avoid this company at all costs. I paid for a maintence agreement. I scheduled the service multiple times, and no one ever showed up.

I've called the company at least 20 times—left voicemails, requested updates, and even asked for a refund—but have received no response. The complete lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable.

At this point, I feel scammed. They took my money and provided absolutely nothing in return. Do not use this company. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, and do not honor their commitments.

Roman and Troy did a good job. Overall communication from company was good. My only issue and I guess it’s a Rheem thing was we get this installed right before 4th of July and it quit working the next day. My husband did call in and they came out to replace part the day after holiday.

Jason, Roman and Brock installed a new furnace for me and did a great job. They were very polite and helpful, explaining about vents etc. Thank you.

I was happy to see Motta specialized in Mitsubishi heatpumps, so I bought one from them as a replacement for an old unit that had burnt out. Motta has been out since in a complimentary visit to check the new unit and add another older unit I have to a maintenance agreement. Motta has been attentive and efficient with reasonable pricing. I would recommend them for heating and cooling services.

Chris was excellent in figuring out the problem systematically and coming up with a plan for issue with our HVAC Zone dampers today. He was prompt, thorough and easy to work with. Appreciate the help!

Did an online booking for today as a new customer to get my furnace fixed…got a confirmation online that they would be at my place from Noon to 4:00pm…they never showed up. This place is something that I know personally I’ll never want to business with again. Don’t like this online appointments firsthand but I know times are changing. But sadly if they couldn’t have made it during this time schedule then get a hold of me letting me know.
Decide to go with another company that will be there for me next week on Monday…I shouldn’t have had to even reached out to them but left me no choice. Wasted day I could have done something more productive!

Great workers. We lost our furnace during the cold February winter and Motta was there that day to determine the problem then installed the new furnace a day later. I couldn’t ask for better service

Jayson, Roman and Brock were punctual, conscientious and efficient with the installation of our A/C and furnace.

They took their time to address all of our questions and concerns and left the job site looking better than when they arrived.

Would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors

Jack came out to service our furnace today and did a great job. He was quick and efficient and spent a good amount of time explaining what he was doing and what recommendations he had. Highly recommend.
