I had a great experience with the ground guys! I had rock removed, stumps removed, mulch laid and new bushed planted. They also created a small patio sitting area in the front of the house! They were efficient in the entire process. They listened to what I wanted and executed perfectly. The price was also super reasonable for the work that needed done. They were good about keep communication as well. Will use them again for any future projects!

Your guys come and mow my lawn but never blow the grass off the sidewalk or rake the yard leaving it all bad looking!

Did not use Grounds Guys Ellwood City. Adjusted our work schedules to be home for estimate appointment and 15 minutes after appointment time, the guy's wife calls to say he has upset stomach and will not make it out. She was going to come instead that afternoon. That was a no show also because of her car breaking down on way here. Also had daycare issues with their child. 5 days later we get a call saying the wife was developing an estimate based off of a Google map pic of my neighborhood!!! Really!!?! VERY poor professionalism and customer service. When I responded stating this, the response we received was "well, people get sick and cars break down" Well, we found an another company to meet our lawn care needs and couldn't be happier. We are disappointed by Grounds Guys.

Crew was great! Did a wonderful job preparing the area for new plants. Nice plant suggestions. Showed up on time, cleaned up everything before leaving. Very friendly guys.

Eric and his crew were very fast and efficient in taking care of my 2.5 acres of grass cutting needs as well as all my plowing needs. He even took care of a good neighbor of mine at a very reasonable price. Very personable, great job well done and very fair priced. I would recommend his services to anyone looking fro an overall fantastic service experience. I am glad he was available for me and will continue to hire his organization for years to come. These guys did great work on my front yard hardscape project. Eric, the owner, is a top notch, trustworthy business guy and goes out of his way to make sure the customer gets what they need and want. Eric, Galina and their team are top notch professions with landscaping. They are responsive, reasonably priced, show up on time, always professional and they do a damn good job. They always exceed my expectations! They just finished redoing my rock landscape around my house and pool area. Took only 2 days and it looks fabulous! Highly recommend these guys.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. The entire crew went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied with the project. If you are looking for a company who goes above and beyond and is very detail oriented, I would highly recommend them for all of your landscaping needs. My husband and I are so happy with the new beds that were put in. Not only did they do the work that they quoted but also did the bottom of my driveway. They replanted all my flowers to the hill side across from the house and blew my fall leaves away. I definitely would recommend these guys to anyone.

I was very pleased with the crew that came out for yard clean up. They were properly equipped and functioned as a team to get the job done in a short time at reasonable cost. Nobody was sitting around leaning on a rake, looking at phones, or hiding in truck. This type of work ethic is hard to find these days, and I will be calling them back for future work.
