Reviews of local pros in Erdenheim, Pennsylvania

Super professional, honest, good communication from the office.

Responsive, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, personable.

I would give them a chance, Ryan is a honest, skillful, and trustworthy individual; all important merits when vetting a business to complete a job for you.

Have used Rex for years at my business, they always do a great job, and are timely and professional. Highly recommend!

I have used Rex Plumbing many times over the years and they have been my go-to people for plumbing services. But recently they do not respond to calls. I leave messages and no response. It may be that they are very busy and are not able to give me an appointment. But to not have the courtesy to at least respond as such to a client who has used then for over 20 years? Really?

Randy from Rex Plumbing provided excellent service at my home today. He helped me with a variety of issues which involved helping me order needed parts and making recommendations on how to maintain the plumbing components I have. The quality of his service was reminiscent of the kind of service that seems to have disappeared.

I recently hired Rex & Sons to service my multi-split ac unit. Ryan billed us for 3 hours of labor, but my wife and I know he worked 2 hours. I called to make certain the invoice reflected 2 hours of work and the answer I received was he had worked 3 hours. I informed them that I would not use Rex & Sons again due to the discrepancy. I also informed my property manager not to use Rex & Sons for my rental properties.

Rex and Co is so Fast! Responds quickly and finishes the job quickly! He knows what he is doing or how to figure out what the problem is. Professional! Always so nice and efficient. Most knowledgeable person I know when it comes to heating and plumbing! Thanks so much for your work over the years!!
