Nick Valenti and Aurel Llogoni provided outstanding service during my furnace and air conditioner installation. They arrived punctually and came fully prepared to tackle the job.
What impressed me most was their careful handling of the installation despite the challenging access requirements. They had to access my neighbor's property with permission and navigate equipment over my fence, yet they managed everything with remarkable care and professionalism, ensuring no damage to my garden or surrounding areas.
Both technicians were courteous throughout the entire process, taking time to thoroughly explain their work and patiently answer all my questions. Despite having to move considerable equipment through my home, they maintained exceptional cleanliness standards and left my house spotless upon completion. They even did a final walkthrough with me to ensure everything met my satisfaction.
The entire experience was seamless and stress-free. Nick and Aurel are true professionals who excellently represent your company. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

So this week we had problems with our heating system.And once again, I reached out to H&H heating company. Brian listened as I described the reason for our call. He actually had Matt the Technician come out to our house on the very same day. We couldn't be more pleased with the customer service that was provided.

Company communicated with me and gentleman who showed was cool. Explained everything to me and gave me good information. Easy to talk to.

I am not happy about the charge . He was checking the capacitor and I opted to change the capacitor even though it was in working condition. To change to new capacitor they charge very high price as if it was a new service call to change a capacitor. The price of the capacitor was under $ 15. They charge $298.00 The charge was astronomically high. I would like them not to consider a new service call price as they were already in the service call. This is not acceptable. i would like them to reconsider the charge and appreciate.

Steve has been our technician a few times. He is very professional, knowledgeable and so friendly. He always calls and lets us know he is on the way. Great seevice!
