Shariff S. was very competent and able to take care of all our issues in one day. He was resourceful and respectful of both the house and me. Would definitely use H&H again and would be happy to have Shariff again.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Steve, a heating technician from H & H. We couldn’t be more impressed. He provided outstanding service on our furnace—prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Steve took the time to explain how the furnace operates, completed the work efficiently, and left everything spotless. Highly recommend Steve and H & H for anyone needing reliable heating service!

I'm incredibly impressed by my experience with H&H. They ran a duct from my basement to my second floor bedroom in my 130 year old home with impeccable care. I cannot speak highly enough about how professional, knowledgeable, and respectful everyone involved was. I highly recommend H&H!

I came home from a trip to find I had no heat. Temperature in the house was 42degrees. I called at 2PM and was told someone would come sometime after 4PM. Happily John arrived a little past 3 and had me up and running in about 20 minutes. Needless to say I was very happy with H&H and most especially John. Wonderful service and a great technician. Thank you.

I appreciated the fact that Brian arrived within the scheduled window of time, and communicated to me the process involved in servicing my heater and hot water appliance. He informed me of the steps at various intervals and was respectful of my property. I rather enjoyed Brian's presence and was made to feel comfortable around him. I would like to see him next year, God willing.

I was called afterwards by the company because of my before-and-after photo, and they even came back to add it on for safety without an extra cost. One of the best investments that we made with this house. We have an older house which had window air conditioners. A friend had recommended split heating and air conditioning units that they had in their rental property and we ran across your company while in the Home Depot. The salesman came out and recommended which units to do and they were installed shortly thereafter. Been working to cool and heat throughout the house. Satisfied customers here. Just a few things that were promised by the salesman that didn’t materialize but we are satisfied with our investment. Today’s visit is a follow up maintenance check 6 months after installation. Basil was very kind, patient and professional. Would love to have him return if we require any service issues in the future.

My heating system all of a sudden shut down on me and with the frigid temps and a 90 yr old mother with me, things got very hectic. Thank God I made the right chouce reaching out to H & H. When the tech John L came to the house, he was very courteous and off the bat made me feel at ease with his demeanor and professionalism. Within a half hr, he diagnosed and repaired the issue. Thanks for the gr8 job!!

This is my second year using H&H and I can honestly say they have an ongoing customer. The two Techs that I have worked with was professional, detailed, and quick at what they do. Very honest and welcoming energy. Brian was my last guy and he has such a great sense of humor and a great taste bud for food lol, keep up the great work Brian

H&H is the best company! Tjourough, reliable and great. Jim is the best service man ever. I’m not there. Usually I’m at work. My husband is there. He loves Jim and he is so knowledgeable and we appreciate all he does. Mike was actually upset yesterday because we had another service guy there working on our oven who didn’t speak English and he couldn’t give a lot of time to Jim. He felt bad he enjoys talking to him.

We were having issues with our thermostat/heating... Alex came out & was absolutely phenomenal! He was so kind, personable, incredibly thorough & explained things very well. We ended up having more issues than we were expecting, but he was very reassuring they would be able to remedy the situation when they come back (needing to do so b/c more time was needed & specific parts). We were extremely impressed with Alex & would definitely recommend them & use again!!!

I cannot say enough great words how Jonathan & Ariuel was professional, courteous, they did a fantastic job on our heater cleaned up after they were done took out the old heater with no problem. Explained EVERYTHING to me. They was both very funny . 👓 Todd was very professional.kept me in the loop about what was going on. Honest which I so admire. He saved us some money also.🙌🏾 I will DEFINITELY USE H&H again!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!!!!!!!
