Dave arrived on time and did a fantastic job. We desperately needed our hose, that was underground, to the garden repaired and he would not give up until he was successful. All of our other small concerns were done quickly and efficiently. Great service. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend! From my first call, the quick scheduling, prompt arrival and able to resolve the issues. All the employees were fantastic!

I called 3 places for an issue with a bathtub drain needing to be replaced. This way I could get estimates and time/date the work could be done. Was told that a tech from G.I. could stop out in the afternoon (same day) and give me a quote with no charge or obligation. In the mean time I received another quote via phone. When tech (Dave) was here, he reviewed the work, gave me an idea of what needed to be done, quoted me a price (which was better than the other) and said he could do it right away. I gave him the go-ahead. He got it done in less than an hour, cleaned up after himself, and was very polite the whole time. I requested a business card for future contact purposes, because I will call them back if the need arises.
