Dave arrived on time and did a fantastic job. We desperately needed our hose, that was underground, to the garden repaired and he would not give up until he was successful. All of our other small concerns were done quickly and efficiently. Great service. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend! From my first call, the quick scheduling, prompt arrival and able to resolve the issues. All the employees were fantastic!

I called 3 places for an issue with a bathtub drain needing to be replaced. This way I could get estimates and time/date the work could be done. Was told that a tech from G.I. could stop out in the afternoon (same day) and give me a quote with no charge or obligation. In the mean time I received another quote via phone. When tech (Dave) was here, he reviewed the work, gave me an idea of what needed to be done, quoted me a price (which was better than the other) and said he could do it right away. I gave him the go-ahead. He got it done in less than an hour, cleaned up after himself, and was very polite the whole time. I requested a business card for future contact purposes, because I will call them back if the need arises.

These guys did amazing!! Very knowledgeable about the issues and had them resolved in a couple of hours! Saved me a lot of headaches.

Could not recommend these guys more. Our water heater busted after hours, and they were able to schedule and quote us immediately, and their excellent work came in exactly as quoted (even including tax!) Very impressed! Will be using them for our plumbing needs moving forward.

Service was fast and completed in the time quoted. They completely removed the leaking kitchen drain line and replaced prior repair work that was done incorrectly. The repair work completely required all new plumbing of kitchen drain lines and rerouting of plumbing to allow easier access and proper draining. The technician Tim did a thorough diagnosis of the entire drain system and the appropriate correction and explained everything completely and answered all my questions before obtaining my approval to begin work. He was extremely professional and very courteous and patient in answering all my questions. Highly recommend them and will use them again for any future plumbing needs. Five Stars!!

Adam and Tim were the technicians that were sent in to look at the issue I was having with a second hot water tank. Adam diagnosed the problem and Tim came in to complete the repairs. Both guys acted professionally and could not have been more concerned with the problem. Great job by both guys. On a side note Leslie in the office did a great job scheduling the guys in. After having to call GI Plumbing to clear a couple of main sewage line clogs just a few weeks apart, it was evident that our old terra cotta sewage lines had finally bit it and needed to be replaced.

Jason and Joe were absolutely fantastic to work with. Every morning when they arrived (on time!), we were told what would be done that day and then those things got done that day. Any issues were immediately brought to our attention and we were advised on a range of options from "this will get you by for now" to "this will fully solve the issue" without any pressure to choose the most expensive course.

One way to judge a contractor is on how well they clean up. Trash and debris were all taken away. Our yard was properly filled back in and seeded, our mailbox was put back where we wanted it, and our landscaping stones were neatly stacked to wait for the ground to settle and for us to decide how to re-landscape. The concrete work in the basement is a massive improvement from what a previous job had left behind. The basement's contents were protected from concrete dust with sheeting and the floor was swept. Shelving and tables were put back exactly where Joe had found them on Day 1 (and he even offered to help put more stuff back!). Even though I was home when they left every day, they closed up and locked doors behind themselves without even being asked.

Jason and Joe treated our home like it was THEIR home, and they treated us like neighbors or friends that needed some help and not like a revenue stream. Yes, we probably could have found somebody cheaper for this project, but quality work by quality people is worth paying for.

I am 100% confident that I will choose GI Plumbing for future plumbing projects and I will recommend them to anybody I know who needs a plumber.

Called G.I. Plumbing to have an old leaking hot water tank replaced at my business. The initial call was quick and easy. The technician, Adam, was on time and did a fantastic job here. The work was performed quickly but also done right. Looks great and is functioning properly. Definitely would use this company again and recommend them for commercial or residential jobs.

Dom did excellent work, very happy that he was able to make it the same day we called and fix our clogged line.

Water, over the last rains, was backing up from our drains and there was excess overflow. We wanted to ascertain the reason and find out the cause. GI Plumbing were very prompt and scheduled a service the next day. Dominic, the technician, was patient, thorough and pretty detailed in his service visit and explained everything. I am very happy choosing GI Plumbing and would happily recommend using them. Appreciate everything.

My only complaint is I wish I knew about this company sooner!! They were absolutely amazing and showed up at my house ten minutes after I called.

We had a leak in the ceiling, and GI Plumbing came out quickly and diagnosed the issue with professionalism and care. They explained everything clearly, offered options, and completed the repair efficiently. The work was clean, thorough, and respectful of our home. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service — no surprises or upselling. It’s such a relief to have the problem resolved. I’d absolutely call GI Plumbing again and highly recommend their service.

Exceptional company! Our technician, Joe Fleming, was so personable, professional and knowledgeable. We need several, outdated and leaking bathroom fixtures replaced. Joe explained in detail what needs to be done and gave us options for the repairs AND a fair cost. The dispatcher, Victoria, was my initial contact with GI. Her great personality and efficient manner sold me and Joe confirmed we chose wisely.

I cannot commend GI Plumbing enough for their service! The techs, Adam and Dom were absolutely fantastic. Extremely professional, courteous and efficient! Plumbing issues are something no homeowner wants to have to deal with and we don’t know what we don’t know. They helped educate me on the process and the benefits of the job they were doing. They went above and beyond. When they were all finished they actually helped me with one last thing I needed that was not on the list. Now that is “doing more than paid for”!
