I have used Sila for several years to provide annual service on our home generator. At this year’s visit, I wanted Sila to look at the battery. When Kevin came today I could not be at the house, but he left me a thorough analysis of the battery and all the measurements necessary to judge useful life, and the decision to replace. He also left photos showing the condition of the old battery. Great job. Very professional and easy to work with.

We were experiencing some technical problems of which Kevin was able to immediately resolve the matter. We also discussed the use of a WiFi extender and the setup process. The Install went great and was relatively quick but there was a communication issue with both techs who struggled to speak or understand English. At one point during the install they accidentally let my dog at of the house. Luckily he only wandered into the garage but it caused a moment of panic and when i asked them about it they couldn’t understand what I was saying or asking. Overall it was a good experience and the new boiler is working great.

Matt and Wes came out this morning to clean fans on all three of my head units inside and install ionizers on each. I was extremely impressed with how nice and professional they were from the very beginning and that continued until they finished and left. They were careful with keeping my home clean and placed down drop clothes and put covers over there boots every single time they went in and out. They both answered any and all questions and/or concerns that I had. I feel like good customer service and making the customer feel valued is lax more often these days, but both these guys were what you would want when it comes to feeling valued and listened to by who you are paying. I don’t normally leave reviews but I wanted to because they did such a great job and they deserve the recognition. I truly hope Sila gives them credit for a well done job for me today!!! Thanks very much Matt and Wes……. Keep it up, it doesn’t go unnoticed.
